- Hello my beautiful family welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m going to share with you how to make a delicious dessert!!! Gelatina De Mosaico is basically multiple colors of prepared gelatin, which is then mixed with a sweet, creamy gelatin made with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and unflavored gelatin. It is sweet and creamy and you can make it with whatever colors and flavors you prefer. It’s super delicious and you can never go wrong serving this delicious gelatina to your family or guests! This recipe brings back so many childhood memories for me, Like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, this is the way I was taught. My friend had a get together. I took an pineapple upside down cake. She made this delicious Mexican sopa . She told me, girl, give me the recipe of your cake. I’m like sure, give me a piece of paper. So I wrote it down , gave it to her and asked her for her recipe of her sopa. She said , I never give me recipes to no one. I’m like...wow!

Sounds like the stereotypical suegra in Mexican novelas, good thing that both of my grandmas are like that and are very respectable and courteous people. I'm very blessed to have them both as my grandmas as not everyone has such pleasant family members, even they struggle with some of their family members
Recipe Ingredients:
12 oz. of flavored jello (2 different flavors)
1 oz. unflavored Gelantine
1 can evaporated milk
1 can table cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbs. of vanilla extract (Mexican)

I just made this and everything was so easy, the only thing that i wanna say is be very quick when placing your gelatins together because the milk firms up in the blender cup very fast and then you can’t pour it over. Other then that everything was super easy!

Claudia to make the milk gelatin can the pan be plastic or does it have to be the metal kind? ❤️
I tried to do this for my class but it came out grainy and watery not ready. When I do mine I usually boil the milk. And then add the cold unflavored gelatin mix with the hot milk. All the other recipes are awesome this one did not work well with me maybe I just missed a step but thank you for the videos I love your channel and tell the people that compliment my food that I follow you lol.

Very good, but you have to do the pouring quick because it thickness up fast. And I would add thickener to the red and green, it sets quicker and doesn't get soggy if you leave it out a while ;). Definitely a keeper for me. Made it at Christmas 2021, everyone loved 💕 it.
