The good thing about the giants is we have A LOT of talent on the offensive side of the ball jones doesn’t have to make many plays for us to win games and when he does it’s good and we play like an actual playoff team

DJ need the have a season with 30+ tds, or a season with 100+ passers rating with top 5 passing categories. He need to work on his touch on the deep ball. His pocket presence got a little better, still making one read, but getting the ball out quicker. He got to convince the hell out of me to stay another year, like win the division and make a pro bowl.I still say draft a QB, let him sit if DJ stay another year.

@@russellmedious2635 And that's the problem. The bar is set so low for Daniel Jones, that anytime he dosen't completely fall apart some of you fans consider that to be a good QB performance. He was picked off and it was called back. No biggie except for that is his normal and not the exception. He was completely shut out in the second half. With the 0-Line improved and the firepower we have at the receiving core our offense should be putting up no less than 30 points a game with a starting QB. There is nothing that Daniel Jones did in that game that any good backup QB couldn't do. Tommy Devito would have done as good or better. These are opinions based on Daniel Jones's career with the Giants. It has nothing to do with emotional bias towards the personality of a player. Any reasonable, knowledgeable, unbiased objective observer would come to the conclusion based on the impericle observable performance of Daniel Jones over the years is that he is not a starting QB on the NFL level.

@@damageinc5441 Daboll has to play the offense based on what Daniel Jones's strength and weaknesses are. The problem is his weaknesses outweigh his strengths. He is holding this offense back. We have speed and talent at the receiving core and the 0-Line is finally good. Jones is unable to process fast enough. His throws are out of sync, too hesitant. What goes into managing him to be serviceable is to exhausting. With the offense we have now we are capable of putting up 35 and more points a game. GM and coach is setting this team up for a quarterback in the near future who will be able to do this. The problem is a lot of fans have such low standard expectations for Daniel Jones. Nothing personal but as long as he is here this offense will be held back from it's potential and Daboll will be held back from the plays that he can call.
