- Cookies to soak for breakfast, handmade cookies without food processor, just with your hands. It is a very old recipe from my grandmother, perfect to be dipped in milk or tea.
They are biscuits without butter, they contain only vegetable oil. They are very healthy and light, soft biscuits.
This recipe is a quick and easy recipe, if you prepare this recipe you will always do it. You'll always want to have breakfast with Franceska Chef's soaked biscuits! Trust me !

Recipe :
1 kg flour
5 eggs
360 g sugar
200 g milk
200 g vegetable oil
1 lemon juice and zest
vanilla
20 g ammonia for biscuits

Basta dividere per 2. Se ci sono i grammi anziché le uova le rompi le sbatti un po e le pesi .
Ciao se voglio usare mezzo kg d farina quante uova devo mettere?
5 ÷ 2 = 2,5 . Quindi uno lo sbatti con una forchetta e ne metti una metà. A meno che non usi uova XL allora 2 vanno bene.
