其实我也是这样冲洗豆 Pok. 你是否知道豆 Pok 是经过油炸的,所以会很油腻的。 只有这样冲洗才会把油炸的残渣洗掉。 这样洗这样煮,才会吃得健康吃的开心。 要学就要学最好的,不要一直嫌麻烦。

1)豆腐卜生產的時候不知用甚麼油去炸, 2)豆腐卜表面很多油, 在包裝或運送途中表面的油會黏著塵埃或污物, 所以豆腐卜應該汆水榨乾反覆洗幾次, 謝謝收看!
