What annoys me about small business owners, they spend fortunes to open businesses and yet they don't want to spend money on marketing.

I was guilty of this myself. All effort goes into website design, logo, payment processing, landing pages, product and service. etc. but then there's no audience or leads to sell to lol
People often tend to waste their time on busy work rather than really moving the needle

Great video. Nothing but gold. This guy's energy is super low, I think you scared him a bit. When you ask him, everything sounds like a good idea but I don't think he has the personality to take the bull by the horns. It will be interesting to see what he does with this information.

In the UK, a lot of the nail salons are for money laundering! All cash only.....Great marketing tips though. If implemented, Adam should double, even triple his sales for sure.

Locations are always advantageous. Event and or sip afternoons /evenings are great ways to market the business, people come with friends we have had clients literally book out the salon with their friends.

Listen I love this guy in his advice that he has but his business in spring Hill was not the best bar by far Dan love you Don't know you grappled you once but don't be lying
The best bar doesn’t mean the one that is your preference. It means numbers. I owned that bar for less than 14 months and sold it for a $300,000 profit. Most of the bar owners in Spring Hill are still rotting there. So I guess it depends on your definition of best.

This guy aint going anywhwere businesswise unless he puts some energy, enthusiasium and personality into his effort. Guy seems totally non-chalant. If I were a customer id be feeling whatever vibes from him and not be keen to return, let alone get upsold lol
