The striking lesson I've learnt from this video is that high success rate and standard of learning is highly dependent upon the standards we set for educational institutions. In other words, the reason Andela succeeds is because of it's 0.7 acceptance rate; it recruits nothing less than the best.

It’s not question of if but when Lagos turns into Silicon Valley of Africa.

Our technology wether with me or without me. Will be on use.
It's not about a single individual but the ability of nation and its people to find the solution and desired results.
It's on the people how will they will translate it.
The solutions, the stage ,the technology, the platform, the financial institutions are available. It's on how we act,
How we use the given solutions and technology.
It's not an individual but the people.
My technology is the embedded mine of of me or the entirety of science and engineering.
China development was made through the education or Barrow technology and they improve and create there own.
What we can give is the advantages to level the constituents of your nation so that we can understand one another.

    Why,
I have given the opportunity more than what Ive take .
    The safety and technology
    The ability and knowledge
    I think it's fair.
Why, that's what I've inspired to be.
Having that simple life on wilderness. My own nature.
    The technology isn't mine.
    I'm just rearranging thinks.
I promised you it would be fast
