- Hey everyone a bit of a different video this week. Yen and I have made a huge life decision to quit our corporate 9 - 5 jobs to travel the world. It's been a long time in the making and we're excited to finally share this news with you all.
We left the safety of our full time jobs and sold our home to pursue our passion of traveling, eating, exploring different places and experiencing other cultures. So I guess this kinda makes us full time UA-camrs now :) We will always return home to New Zealand though, but for the most part we'll be slowly making our way travelling all around the world.
A massive thank you to all our friends, family and everyone who watches and supports us and our channel. It's largely because of your supportive comments that gave us the motivation to take the leap into this new chapter of our lives.
We're super excited to be able to share this journey with all of you and we hope you continue to enjoy our content but from around the world.

Walking out of the office on your last day had to be a SURREAL feeling!
That feeling like end of an era. Yen had an amazing final day farewell. I had a small one as I was only contracting by the end of my career and chose to walk home so I could be alone with my thoughts 😅
Peter and Yen Haha very different endings. The feeling of being done with that office job routine to live the life you want has to be on another level!
Haha yea super different last days for us and mine was really touching, it was quite unexpected but super special and a memory I'll hold dear to me ❤️🙂 I remember when I finally got home though Peter and I had the biggest hug and smiles! 😊 It was a super awesome feeling - Yen

Congrats! My journey begins in a few months when we move from the US to NZ for a few years for my wife's career opportunity. Will be leaving my job and be a stay at home dad with plenty of time to spend adventuring NZ with the kids. Really excited about it! I plan on starting a youtube channel so we will have something to look back on and show the kids the adventure they took. Will also allow our friends and family back at home to keep up with what we are doing. Love your channel. Enjoy your travels, I will definitely be watching! Cheers

Some might say it’s risky, and well, it is. But you’re both strong people. You have a strong relationship. You’re smart. This is possibly going to be the most memorable experience of your lives. Take care of each other and enjoy!

Food and life is a big reason we are making the leap. When we went on a trip to Thailand a few years back and went to restaurants we had seen on tv it was just an amazing experience and we were hooked!

WOAH, talk about some late-night motivation! I've already graduated uni, but had to do a couple extra papers to finish off some on and off papers that I was allowed to leave off and they've literally been the slowest papers of my life - I'm constantly up late trying to move on them. I'm literally working on them right now but saw your notification and couldn't resist haha. I'm glad I watched cause you guys have pretty much given me the focus I need to get this stuff done so I could move on and focus on the better things I'm working towards in life - so thank you!! You guys are literally in a position where I can only dream of being - congratulations on being so damn brave and just doing it! Cannot wait for all the videos to come :)))

It's quite difficult to express just how amazing life has been since we were able to take this leap! We feel immensely blessed and there are many times waking up and we're like wow, this is actually our life 😮 we both still get those moments and even when we're out somewhere and just enjoying the moment I (Yen) find myself thinking "this is just incredible" ❤️ that feeling of "aw man... I need to go back to work tomorrow" isn't looming over us anymore and it's a really wonderful feeling 🙂💕 Thank you for your kind words, watching our videos and dropping us comments!
