Restaurant Style Tandoori Chicken Without Tandoor At Home

Ingredients:
11/2 kg chicken
11/2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp pepper seeds
1/3 cup hung curd
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder ( optional but recommended )
2 TSP salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp roasted kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp refined or mustard oil
oil for frying
