This is his best effort in my opinion. Classic love ballad with a beautiful melody and even more beautiful lyrics. I would rather listen to this than the Glenn Frey cover, it’s so simple, understated, underproduced and genuine. It draws more emotion from me.

Luckily, he told me this was his song...n asked me to hug him... I cherish the words n meaning...cry each time I hear it. My 'Disfunctional Grief' ♥️💓💗 is what the therapist call my condition...along w PTSD.....from seeing him slung over our custom homes island sink water overflowing ...He was trying to revi e himself...no narcan as doctor said he did not need it....He drowned n ODed... My life is full of memories of flying together n pouring concrete throughout CT. Thank you... Netflix New Amsterdam addresses this battle of addiction n much more... Fly, my love, see u soon..
