I have a theory why "Not Gezora" freaks out near the end of the song, though I have a feeling it might be the actual reason considering the implications.
I'm led to believe "Not Gezora" can actually see into the future, seeing how all of the monsters we have and will eventually face later. It could also be the hyroglyphics considering the way they're sprited. And he's either freaking out bc of how overwhelmed he is looking into the future, or perhaps the sight of Red is what made him go mad. The more I think abt it, the more I believe the latter

As far as i know, cosbydaf (autor of the og creepypasta, who also seems to have worked here too) said the first monsters wanted you to stop, gezora and moguera songs are called "bad omen" and "bad signal", also not gezora seems to be refiusing to be taken control of, don't you think?, that's why they get erased, red wants you to find him
The song's name references a condition of "memories you never had"

I also interpreted it as Not-Gezora being overwhelmed by everything he has witnessed. He witnessed the faculties of every monster, with one demon (Red), which was harmful enough to cause all these monsters to suffer. Remember, this update is called 'Pathos,' and in literature, we reference it as the first way to make a story recognizable-by evoking emotions.

I've always had a bit of a soft spot for Gezora, if only because of how humorously pathetic he kind of is. As such, the somber tone of this song DOES quite tickle my fancy, especially since Gezora IS a bit of a tragic fellow. He started as a normal, peaceful cuttlefish, was transformed against his will into Gezora, and now has been transformed a second time into NOT Gezora - No wonder he's feeling deja vu. His whole life has been nothing but a series of different things controlling him.
Weird as it sounds, I have to wonder if his visions of the future at all returned to the past near the end of the song. Maybe Gezora wishes he could go back to just being a simple cuttlefish, basking in the warm ocean.
It's too late for that now, though.

What is weird about this song, I was weirdly feeling sick when I played this, then played what was the instrumental in freeplay. This one made me feel a headache that only got worse as the song went on, and vanished once the song ended. (It's giving me one just listening to this damn song.) And in the freeplay, my hands were falling asleep as I was playing, literally going numb.
