Hi everyone ! I've been meaning to make more smaller videos like this just to take a second look at characters as they rerun :3 if you're looking for a guide on how to play her, check out the first video, where I cover it in-depth! Anyways ~ this Echo build comparison graph is something that I wanted to revisit ever since the initial video, as there has been quite a bit of discussion over it. Early after posting the initial video, I also discovered a bug with the stat calculation code that caused the flat attack difference between 43311 and 44111 to not be calculated, which threw off the results. I’m happy to admit to a mistake, but I always felt unhappy with that video because of that… but, I guess it can't be helped, right? After what was a total of 100 hours back then of calculations, scripting, and editing, one single oversight changed the narrative of the table (for the breakpoint where one build was better than the other)... and it just... feels bad!
Human are bound to error anyway, so it is great seeing you finding that mistake and make changes ❤ We will always support you Maygi! . . . P/s: funny how I also make error while sending this message lul
The real strength of Jinhsi is that no one else wants her Yuanwu. She does not compete with other characters for him, meaning it's a team that doesn't eat the slot of a good support character you'd like to use for someone else like Sanhua for Camellia. I don't think this aspect of her is appreciated enough
Indeed. It was the main reason I skipped Camellya, she was going to fight with Encore over Sanhua and Shorekeeper and I really didn't like that lol. Jinhsi is chilling with her own team and doesn't fight with anyone over her team.
@@Diamond1234 Isn't it kinda nice to have two teams sharing supports though, means you can just swap the main dps out and have two ready to go teams for different Tower weeks if the resists/bonuses don't line up well without needing to pull or build an entirely separate team.

Jinhsi helped me out a lot on clearing bosses on ToA and Hologram, so i'm very thankful to her. She'll probably keep on being the premiere Spectro DPS unit until we get someone who can nuke bosses harder via Spectro. Or if the game introduces mechanics like Time Lag Calculation similar to PGR's gen 2 constructs to pause the timer and extend the combat time.
I do that but got full clear with Jinhsi, Taoqi and Verina lol It's quite simple, cause Jinhsi activates outro immediately after her nuke, just intro to Taoqi twice

@@kuroh.9455 this is a decent ratio for now, save your resources for upgrading characters, weapons, talents and other echo sets. The good thing is, you can just restart if you don’t crit. Yuan wu is jihnsi's de facto baby sitter. As long as you slap that rock on the ground she will passively gain her stacks even if she is gettting beaten up
I'm glad that I got her and her weapon (it's good on any character). She arguably the strongest but definitely the best: she can parry easily, she floats and ignore many enemies' attacks, she's easy to play and difficult to interrupt. Also her supports Zhezhi, Yunlin and even if you gave them to Carlotta and Xiangli Yao then you can just Yuanwu (he even offers some defence). Everyone wants Shorekeeper but Jinhsi prefers Verina.
yeah honestly , if you get jinhsi, you get a team. ( only if you have yuanwu and verina, but who doesn’t?) that’s what i like about her, she does really steal teammates, put zehzhi for carlotta
Jinhsi is good coz she shares a good amount of field time for her team without much dps loss unlike Camellya, Jiyan, Carlotta, and XLY. Also, powercreep will most likely hit other characters that has huge amount of field time coz of value over replacement for each tick of the clock. (An example of this is sanhua vs roccia).
Jinhsi is skill issue proof like zhongli from genshin, you basically can use her taoqi combo to clear any hologram with ease barring the ones with spec resist
It's kinda sad that the damage ceiling of dps characters or at least the full team combo is slowly increasing and significantly at that, as the tower hp increases, aggressive boss like crownless or deagon if it comes in the future would be quite the dps check
I was hoping for an updated Jinshi rotation with her standard team aka Jinshi, Zhezhi and Verina... A rotation which is easier to do and where she can deal her max damage...
Idk if she intends it or what it is but a lot of Maygi's videos are like some accidental asmr or something. Bouta have a nice cuppa and fall asleep quick.
I swapped 4 cost for CR over CD (running 43311 with sig) and now I don't have to worry about missing crits tho the dps (damage per screenshot) is lower ofc
Jinshi, Changli, and Carlotta are user friendly when it comes to dodging, parrying, and moving around. Plus, they all hit hard. 😊😊😊😊😊 Camellya hits hard but is hard to move and dodge when she starts to rampage. But the swinging thing is fun. 😅😅😅😅😅
As budget friendly as it was, I always kinda disliked "healer" Yuanwu. And despite Empyrean Anthem not being a vast improvement on the team, I don't regret farming it because I feel like that's *the* set for him right now. Great video Maygi! Thanks for showing how good our magistrate still is 😊
4:50 Does that mean Encore is same tier DPS as Carlotta, Camellya, and Jinhsi? In fact, is Encore better than Camellya? Also, when Jinhsi's DPS spikes due to crit fishing, does it go higher than Carlotta and Encore on the chart?
Not exactly the same tier as them maybe a half tier below them, she's the best Fusion DPS (I am not counting Changli as she's a quickswap). Jinshi's nukes surely go higher than encore's damage but regarding carlotta, carlotta has like 5 hits with her liberation which does consistent damage (unless your crit rate sucks) and can beat Jinshi based on what I have seen on other people, I haven't tested this yet as I have yet to pull Jinshi.
Encore is a hidden limited 5* but thats if your running Stringmaster on her. If you dont have it shes still decent on the standard 5* but falls below the other limited 5 stars shown in the graph. Also encore compared the rest is alot more ST compared to the rest having excellent AOE damage. Lastly encore damage is divided into many hits as magyi said including ranged skills, canceled BA combos and well timed forte at the end. Missing a few of those because the boss moved does take a bit of her total dps. Pls dont misunderstand as im not saying shes hard to play at all but because the rest are quite braindead to play so your easily gonna see similar numbers consistently but skill issue with encore and your gonna see alot less dps
Assuming ur playing Encore well(much harder to play both her and her team). Yes she deals an incredible amount of dmg. And the difference ur seeing between her and Camellya isn't so big to call one better over the other. They're more or less the sam(120k difference over 2 mins) Carlotta-Zhezhi hypercarry however is a cut above bc 5k difference per second is kinda big(600k over 2 mins). Camellya is a bit stuck behind mainly bc if her high field time.
Her dps will probably skyrocket again if they ever release a spectro sub dps support with skill and spectro dmg increase. Doubt it will happen anytime soon though 😅. The only problem is that Jinhsi wants different element team members for quicker stack generation so a 'true' sub dps support may never be inline for her.
Just wait for her tailor sub-dps and a sp with co-or atk that is not spectro. Kuro for sure knew about this and tried to avoid releasing a sub dps tailor-made for her this early to slow down the powercreep.
We all know pink is objectively the strongest color so truly a p2w powercreep from kurogames smh but i guess i can forgive them when we get the f2p sanhua powercreep (:
How much does crit fishing with jinhsi help her dps more than crit fishing with carlotta? Fishing for carlotta's forte and all lib hits to crit is viable too no? I think its almost 3/4 of her total motion value, but idk if it's more or less than the damage share of jinhsi's nukes in her rotations.
It's more but the chances of you not hitting your crits is also more because of the multiple lib hits. If your crit rate is great and you don't miss any hits you will do more consistent damage compared to Jinshi, but again this is based on what I have seen with other people, I still have to pull Jinshi to test it out.
Hello our favourite pink gremlin!! Thanks for the update guide. I have a question 🤔 Have you cooked and played about using Spectro Rover as support for Jinhsi? She gives Spectro Res shred and some heals too.. Perhaps on the new Tidebreaking Courage set? Wonder how the support potential stacks up between the three supports (Verina, Shorekeeper, Spectro Rover). Thanks for all your hard work! 😊
While Spectro res shred sounds nice on paper, Spectro Rover is kind of a super counterintuitive pick for Jinhsi - because of the Jue Echo, Jinhsi already has bases covered for stacks gained from generic Spectro damage (Verina has coordinated attacks, which act as a separate source of stacks, on the other hand), so Spectro Rover would only be contributing damage & res shred - and 10% res shred can't really compare to what a lot of other supports could give!
@Maygi alrighty!! Thanks so much for your insight!! And your super quick response, really appreciate it! I've been wondering this ever since I got her as my first limited 5-star. Thanks again for all your hard work and mathematics that go into your theory crafting!! Always look forward to your content and work 😄🌸
It would be amazing to know your opinion on who to invest as a new player. The game launched for ps5 and I bet there’s a lot of people wondering with their Xichia max constellation is worth invest into or maybe stick to Encore since she’s a five star. When we talk long run instead of filling a gap cause it’s early game for us, is there any four stars worth it as dps?
The only DPS that doesn't even need SK lol. Meanwhile, other dps always want SK for max damage possible. Jinhsi just want her stack to be full hahahaha.
Im currently get her S3, and I really need some help to make a good rotation with her. Because with S3, everytime she intro get a buff, I want to utilize it. My current team is Jingshi, Yinlin, Verina. Thanks in advance

I took a beak around the time changli came out. (got salty because i miss clicked and got her twice on accident when i was saving for someone else😓). Anyways, I just got back into the game and I'm happy to see Jinhsi still holds up. I have her with Yinlin and Verina, so I guess i'm good to go? minus not having that echo set for Yinlin. How hard is the endgame currently? I've never tried it back then since I didn't have 2 teams (still don't😅).
Not that shes slow per say (she can oneshot a whole wave in Pincer gamemode for example easy per nuke) but that because your only getting 1 skill nuke (and 1 burst nuke too but depending on your build thats may not oneshot), your basically doing 1 wave or 2 per rotation. Other characters like cameylla and xly because they have longer fieldtimes can kill mutliple waves per rotation. Even carlotta whos also a nuke-like character can if u got likely with the enemy grouping kill a few waves with her mutli-shot nukes in one rotation. In my experience atleast wave content ingame is yet tobe hard enough for a well build jinshi s0r1 to not be able to get full clear although i have to admit its harder than my cameylla or xly teams. Also extra sequences and even r5 weapon wouldnt be fixing this because no matter her build, 90% of your dps is from her nuke anyways so the core problem still stands. Aka her total damage is so concentrated that you just overkill a whole wave wasting alot of potential dps
For incompetent players, jinshi is number 1 in damage if you consider yourself as a simple player, you should take jinshi without thinking She is the number 1 character in Wuwa with the simplest, easiest gameplay and high damage.
Hi Maygi! Great video. Just wanted to ask, which would be better for 44111, double Crit Damage on the 4 costs, or a split of Crit Damage on one, and Crit Rate on the other?
Why did you not calculate damage with Jinshi's strongest duo, Changli? This duo is pretty much at the top of ToA leaderboards if the tower buff doesn't get in the way

She fighting for my carlotta supports
Shoutout for bringing the rat into the comparisons 🎉
i love the rat
It's kinda sad that the damage ceiling of dps characters or at least the full team combo is slowly increasing and significantly at that, as the tower hp increases, aggressive boss like crownless or deagon if it comes in the future would be quite the dps check
I was hoping for an updated Jinshi rotation with her standard team aka Jinshi, Zhezhi and Verina...
A rotation which is easier to do and where she can deal her max damage...
Idk if she intends it or what it is but a lot of Maygi's videos are like some accidental asmr or something. Bouta have a nice cuppa and fall asleep quick.
me without zhezhi or a built shorekeeper still first try clearing any abyss with jinhsi yuanwu verina:
I admittingly giggled at the end
jinhsi omega powercrept its so over
I’m in LOVE ❤️
I swapped 4 cost for CR over CD (running 43311 with sig) and now I don't have to worry about missing crits tho the dps (damage per screenshot) is lower ofc
worth... even when it's "suboptimal" there is nothing sadder than seeing the non-crit tbh LOL and she's more than strong enough already
SHE SAID GEARED UP THE WAZOO 3:28 ! HOLY 10/10 !
Jinshi, Changli, and Carlotta are user friendly when it comes to dodging, parrying, and moving around. Plus, they all hit hard.
😊😊😊😊😊
Camellya hits hard but is hard to move and dodge when she starts to rampage. But the swinging thing is fun.
😅😅😅😅😅
Honestly what surprised me the most in this video was that Encore + Sanhua is technically higher dps than Camellya + Sanhua
i really want to pull for her, i love her personality and nuke, but, like... Brant shall comes first. i'm so sorry, dear magistrate.
As great video as always
Eternal Jinhsi Love
Still trying to get her last time I pick her teacher but this time she will be mine.
They're more or less the sam(120k difference over 2 mins)
Carlotta-Zhezhi hypercarry however is a cut above bc 5k difference per second is kinda big(600k over 2 mins).
Camellya is a bit stuck behind mainly bc if her high field time.
The math gremlin is cooking again.
Great video
Commenting for algorithm
Remember she does not have an in-built Sub-DPS for her!
Kuro for sure knew about this and tried to avoid releasing a sub dps tailor-made for her this early to slow down the powercreep.
yay maygi
Me: interesting... I guess my Yinlin still is the best bet as I didn't got Zhezhi
We all know pink is objectively the strongest color so truly a p2w powercreep from kurogames smh but i guess i can forgive them when we get the f2p sanhua powercreep (:
little side topic but wth is that cute looking creature
niceeeeeeeee
nice stats but my team is with taoqi and zhezhi, and swapping between outros for jinhsi. soob
So happy I main encore
Always look forward to your content and work 😄🌸
Current meta is solo Danjin, so Jinhsi is still awesome. Thats all what you need to know :D
I hit 400k with s0r1 Jinhsi (Yuanwu x verina) in mid tower 😂 shes OP
Hi, has any one tried Jinhsi on eternal radiance set? Have rover applying spectro frazzle does the damage increased by 100%?
It would be amazing to know your opinion on who to invest as a new player. The game launched for ps5 and I bet there’s a lot of people wondering with their Xichia max constellation is worth invest into or maybe stick to Encore since she’s a five star.
When we talk long run instead of filling a gap cause it’s early game for us, is there any four stars worth it as dps?
I mean. She better still be broken as hell she has like a 50 buck skin lol
5star at the start of WW still being top tier meanwhile ZZZ Ellen is 6feet under from every new zzz 5star that is always Tier 0 and those characters also got nuked by Miyabi
Did powercreep in ZZZ hits as hard as HSR?
@@AlterKivee its wayyy worse than hsr, hsr powercreep really wasnt that bad by 1.5 while in zzz every single new character that releases always raises the ceiling, its really bad
Best dps
Is that Baldur’s Gate 3 music?!
While Jinhsi isnt very good by herself. Jinhsi-Zhezhi is the strongest duo in the entire game and will likely be until post 3.0

4:40 What? Encore? Really? 😮 This will be very controversial take
@Maygi someone said Jinhsi is slow at clearing waves at S0 R1. Is it true?
Overkill dmg. Single hit nukes. Setup Should be self explanatory.
U want dpses that have spread out dmg. Changli , xly, jiyan to name some are great
Can you calculate Hrover S6 dps teams?
With hrovers best rotation?
Appreciate your work
The true power creep, but happy for support the game with battle pass, so no really spend.
Jinhsi help me getting fullstar at toa ❤❤❤
For incompetent players, jinshi is number 1 in damage
if you consider yourself as a simple player, you should take jinshi without thinking
She is the number 1 character in Wuwa with the simplest, easiest gameplay and high damage.
Hi Maygi! Great video. Just wanted to ask, which would be better for 44111, double Crit Damage on the 4 costs, or a split of Crit Damage on one, and Crit Rate on the other?
Thanks for the video! Do you think Brant can be substitute to Verina for a Jinshi - Yuanwu - Brant team?
(Yuanwu in Healing set just for stacks?
How come she only compares Jinhsi to female DPSes? How does she compare to Jiyan or Xiangli Yao?
Because they are considerably lower. The current big 3 are Carlotta, Jinhsi and Camellya
@@manuv8considerably is a bit strong no ?
she already has in the past. Jiyan is 60k, same as carlotta from memory
@@billydale1456 60k Jiyan? Maybe at S6
She hates men I think
Why did you not calculate damage with Jinshi's strongest duo, Changli? This duo is pretty much at the top of ToA leaderboards if the tower buff doesn't get in the way
idk if its news to you but 99.9% of players do not and will not play at the same level of people who are sweating on leaderboards
AH!
