I was like, almost not going to do a video for her, but she's cute and deserves one, so 50 hours of theorycraft, writing, and editing later: here it is! thank you for the vid! I really miss one team comb nobody is talking about. Shorekeeper, Baizhi S6 with moonlith with Variation R5 and double ER 3 cost and Carlotta. Baizhi rotation time is 4 sec with ult every rotation and gives pretty good buffs. The dmg difference from Carlotta shoots are around 10% less than with Zhezhi, but the rotations are faster than Zhezhi. PLS give it a try and calculate it
I pulled her 2 weeks ago but i did not touch her yet, waiting patiently for the gremlin maff and vid breakdown, late does not matter when precision and awesome editing is present, GOD BLESS!
I do want to comment a bit on Carlotta S1. It gives crit against targets affected by the decontruction debuff but also lets her gain forte on said targets when using her skill. This shortens her rotation a good bit to the point of only needing Intro>Skillx2>forte into liberation combo.
The extra forte is quite a gamechanger ! But, I wanted to make the rotations generalized for S0 users... there's a lot more cooking that can be done with S1~
would this make lumis rotation with her a lot simpler, in terms of now 10 seconds being enough for carlotta to fully gain her forte and do all of her buffed attacks?
@@mchkenshin4886 Wait no why tho? with S1 and shorekeeper and crit rate 4 chost and mid rolls crit rate from substats you reach 100% crit rate unless u get perfect echos with crit rate substats then maybe you can change the crit rate 4 cost.
am I the only one who think that the extra forte gain is almost useless? bc i mean you can just do Heavy attack/charge before skill to fill up ur bar? or i'm just dumb? xd My rotation: Car's heavy/chage attack> skillx2 > support and sub dps stuff > car's intro> heavy> skillx2> forte>liberation. Also you can cancel the animation of her heavy with Skill

tbh probably Aznvasions II. while i do think that Maygi has more concise information, better editing, and easy to read charts, AZN has been much more thorough walk through of the characters with a much more robust rotation section. In fact they have a video going over all the rotations with every reasonably viable team and its been up for over a week already. I'm not saying this as a slight against Maygi or anything btw. i think the calculator she created is super helpful and these videos are great for anyone who cant handle the chaotic math in her streams or the raw info dump AZN gives and would prefer an easy to read(and accurate) chart to tell them what to think.
I've been waiting for this, I'm so happy you released it so fast knowing what else you've been doing, haha. Good luck with the new artifact sets, that's going to be a doozy to figure out haha.
Thank you the numbers as always :) One quick correction though on the forte explanation. The "final bow state" liberation buff you get from full forte doesn't go away by using the forte. The description says final bow state only goes away once the liberation ends, or if you swap during liberation. I've tried it myself, she gets a buff icon resembling an hourglass on full forte. You can use the forte and the buff still stays around forever. It only goes away after you use liberation fully.
Sorry if it wasn't clear, but I was referring to the forte meter when I was talking about it resetting... if the buff went away, that would make 0 sense!!
I had her rotation pretty close to this but this was good to see where some timings were definitely not as good as they could have been. Great guide as always! She's fun as heck to play with Changli though, really fun combo and probably my favorite for just smooth gameplay.
Yup yup ! You could always dash cancel it and get the buff actually - but in 2.0, you remain on the floor while doing so, making it extra convenient (it used to throw you in the air even when you instantly dodge)
talk about dash cancel, you can cancel the 3rd basic shotgun hit since its animation is longer than both 1st and 2nd hit, spamming only first 2 hits build up forte faster than full combo

Hi @maygi, just one small observation. I've tried double glacio v/s glacio/ATK% combo & noticed that with carlotta BiS, glacio/ATK% is performing better than double glacio. I tested on the middle tower against crownless. The atk% and glacio% echo I interchanged, were both having just 15CD (no ATK, no ATK%, no skill bonus)
You make great hq videos. I was hoping for a comparison to other DPS as that’s the main reason I would/wouldn’t pull. Hopefully you add that in upcoming videos.
@@Maygi i use to only barely clear toa, but with this i have like 40+ seconds left and the rotation is very mobile friendly unless you experience lag. 🎉
Ty for the objective analysis about these teams it seems like Lumi and Changli as I expected would be pretty competitive when it comes to Zhezhi but I didn't have optimized rotation for this do you have some thoughts on what an S6 Lumi would increase the DPS? S0 is pretty impressive and she is still buyable from the shop if anyone wants her

Unfortunately Baizhi ice buff isn't automatic, you have to go pick it up. Its just too unreliable in practice and easily mess up your rotation if you need multiple dashes to get to it.
for some reason sanhua and mortefi are not mentioned in the video? in my opinion sanhua is extremely strong with carlotta and shorekeeper in team allowing her to do a rotation that takes exactly as long as the ult cooldown resulting in a crapton of damage . Can clear the right tower of adversity in like 45 seconds with that comp. Also mortefi is another great option because of his forte that gives liberation damage.
11:00 isn't this thing with lumi easy to mess up? for example, if you have to do one dodge you are screwed, right ? maybe go to carlota before lumi's lasers is a easier way to not mess up (idk if the cd permits this though)
If you have to dodge, just switch to Carlotta a bit early~ I ran into a few issues with this where I would instinctively dodge and fill up Concerto too soon, so it's good practice to really understand how far you need to be away from the boss to not get into that situation
@@Maygi I thought about that case because of my hard experience trying to learn how to use the double intro camelia rotation ...it is easier than this to do it correctly but I messed up a lot of times. So I think I'll try to go into carlota early. I'll need to practice it because I got too comfortable with taoqi after clearing fallacy hologram (took me hours, but it was fun) I was using verina because of the double intro in taoqi to get her concerto faster (I chose verina because with double intro in taoqi I would miss the shorekeeper intro) until I realize that fallacy attacks so much that I could get the missing concerto from dodging lmao. srry for the yapp that was not that important. thank you for the guide and the tips, I'll practice carlota + lumi's rotation
Now you need to change the tierlist from all sites with the new Spectro rover and the s6 Havoc Rover with the next update coming in with the last sequence. Maybe spectro rover isnt at the bottom anymore? Rover is still the most used character across the board of all the players and if someone told them their Rover isnt at the bottom of the tierlist as spectro or if havoc s6 is up there with encore s0 maybe that video will blow up... I think spectro rover s6 with the new frazzle buff is now tier 1 in dps tierlist and havoc rover s6 is now tier 0.5 acording to Prydwen tierlist now, before spectro was t3 and havoc s3 tier 1.

It's due to a simple thing her entire resonance liberation damage is converted to resonance skill damage so basically she does no Resonance liberation damage at all
Why do you think that? Sanhua's personal damage isn't that great, and she provides no buffs (at S0) you're much better off using any other 5 star dps as a temmate, if you don't want to use Lumi or Taochi.

S1 also allows using crit dmg 4 cost if you have shorekeeper, further boosting the dmg

With Lumi S6 and putting her on one of the limited broadblades, the DPS goes up to around 60K (just shy of Zhezhi), which is actually... quite insane?

I must be doing something wrong. My energy regen requirements for Zhezhi feel much higher.
It depends on what you run in your team! The 2.3% was specifically for Zhezhi/SK; if running with, say, Taoqi/Verina, then it'd be 21.5%!

How would a Yangyang S6 compare to Lumi S0? Assuming both use the standard weapon.
