@@1sinister80 Tru dat, I mean throw that cb500x engine into a dual sport/light weight adventure bike. Cb500x rally raid 3 pretty bad ass but the geometry still isn’t there.
Im waiting for the day we get a 650-750cc ADV Touring bike with a 30.5 inch seat height, under 420 lb wet weight that comes from factory with adjustable inverted forks, fully adjustable rear shock, adjustable windscreen, cruise control, heated grips, bluetooth connectivity, android auto with full realtime turn by turn navigation map on tft display, tool kit compartment under seat, detachable lockable 15L side bags and at a pricepoint under $10k. That is my dream bike! I've yet to find this, anyone know of one? I find the bikes in this category too tall and too heavy while always missing cruise and heated grips especially..
I collected my 450mt on Friday and burned the clutch out climbing a very rocky mountain the next day. I've climbed the same trail on street bikes. The cfmoto shop told me the clutch burns out really easily. I've since noticed that all these videos I've watched online of people playing on the 450mt are on flatter trails. Am I being unreasonable thinking the bike should be capable of climbing a very rocky steep mountain?
@@jetlaggedandtired that all depends on how your clutch lever is set up and how you use it. Each bike is different. But it shouldn't burn out up one hill unless it's not correctly adjusted, meaning it's not working properly. I found no issues and I would say I abused it a little.
Yeah it’s possible that the cable had a little bit of tension on it allowing the clutch to slip under load but if your dealer isn’t surprised I would assume it’s more likely a problem with the manufacturer…
Is there really any difference between this bike and the ktm adventure? Especially since ktm is having China make them Now? Was considering a Ktm adventure but hell they look almost identical and cheaper then the 790

Looks the goods .. but I can't bring myself to even consider buying a Chinese bike .. the stigma is unbearable .. if its not made in Japan it doesn't love in my garage 😁

Yes this engine is better than a KTM.
By the sound it doesn't look like 450 at all .....is this sound fake ?
It has deeper growl than T7 with double the size of the engine !
The sound is legit

Which tyre and size are you running on the rear?
140

Last as long as KTM or BMW twin.
They are all made by the same people.
