there are several short sections of Flowering night from Touhou, like 0:31, 1:03, as lazysans mentioned, 1:14, 2:09, 2:24 etc. Also, there are several sections with Zunpets- a sound font used in touhou- mixed in with Megalovania. By the way, there is no Lethal Deal or Last Breath here, just Megalo Strikes Back, the song used IN Lethal Deal.
