- Exploring Torontos most lavashly area for mega mansions sits this $20 million dollar mansion, developers are set to tear this down soon as power if off and trees have been protected
15,000 sq feet, million bathrooms :), marbles floors, mid evil structure and so much more to see here im glad i explored this before it became a town bile and vandalized by people its unknown the build date but i believe in the 2000s but it could be earlier .....the orginal house on this property was built in 1964 but this was built sometime after only to be demolished for something bigger.

That whole stone area with the vents around it is a giant fire pit it lightly glows with fire. The rocks look like lava rocks. That house is not made for children. It is not kid. proof. It’s absolutely stunning over the top home. I’m in love with it. I could see myself roam around it. Take me all day.😂❤❤

It's a gorgeous house. It's sad that it'll be torn down for next person with more money than sense to come along and build, wasting all those resources and polluting the plant. They should renovate!

Ooooo this place is very beautiful.

The black stone rocks under the stairway in the forway is a fire pit. That is why the vented area is to the left. It’s gas running to the rocks. Also if you noticed there is speakers in the pool room so what you thought was a sterio system in the basement really was. Plus that was a movie room in the basement just not finished yet. Definitely you can tell more than one family lived there. When you can afford a 20 million dollar mansion all your closets will be walk in and dark wood. Nice mansion for sure! Thanks Carlo

24:04 . . . Those are the UPS, amplifiers and surround control system for the home theater room.
24:47 . . . This is a manifold for hot water heating zones. EDIT: I watched this video again, and this is just hot and cold water distribution manifolds for the kitchens and bathrooms; there are no solenoids for the zones.
26:54 . . . I would imagine this is the pool filter/pump/heating equipment room.
When you keep saying "This is insane. This is INSANE" . . . What is truly insane is tearing this incredible place down. Building new? Go for it. But this much *WASTE* by tearing down a home like this, in perfect condition should be illegal.

That court area was off the prep area, so it was probably for the herb garden, and small gardening for fresh vegetables. I have seen this before, close to kitchen but out of the guests eye unless showing it off.

Hey Carlo, what a beautiful mansion. I think the window in the bathroom is made of privacy glass. When you would turn the light on in the bathroom the glass would change, so you would not be able to look through it. Is the glass clear, the bathroom is free; otherwise the bathroom is occupied and you could have your privacy.
