Rep has been killing it lately
I appreciate that they’ve considered other ecosystems. I bought into Rogue 7 years ago, but there are a lot more companies making home gym equipment now and versatility is way more important today.
The options the home gym enthusiast has today, even compared to two years ago, is INSANE!!!! Just look at all the cable towers that have come out in the last year or two. This is golden era for home gym!
I JUST converted my 108” rogue monster 4 post with the REP L shaped crossmembers to a gull wing shaped half rack with plate storage. It’s slick and takes up half the room. The L shaped members fit the rogue uprights like a glove. I’ll post some pics when I get around to it.
Adonis and a smith like trolley system are next on the list.
Upgrading my titan leg ext/curl v2 to a selectorized one-hopefully by REP-is on the next tier of the list
And finally the reppins adjustable DBs fall somewhere in between.
Good things ahead!!
I am a huge REP fan. I have a fully decked out PR-5K with the Ares 1.0. I also have 5 bars from them as well and am totally happy with the entire setup. I also have the REPxPepin dumbbells on pre-order. Can’t wait for those to come out. No need for a commercial gym, just walk right out to the garage. Thanks for the great review. Keep after it!
Pre-ordered the Adonis a few days ago. Pretty amped to get my hands on it!
The weight stack and plate load combo is just so awesome. Wish i knew about this before buying my other stuff. Might still buy it in a few years.
Let's do it, Coop I can't wait to see the review on the Pegasus seat attachment. I love my Rouge rack but REP has been killing it 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is good,
I like it,
and good review too Coop, keep it up!
Coop, you are killing it !!!!
I 100% need this!
Excellent video of a great looking product. Congratulations REP….
Stumbled upon a product called UClips earlier today and was hoping you guys had reviewed them. They might not warrant a stand alone video but they might be a decent home gym accessory. They look pretty versatile, I would like to see Coop test the functionality.
Love your work guys
Coop, do you think the Adonis would attach to a Rogue RM-6, such as to the side? I think I could attach it with one or two crossmembers.
Adam is the face of REP in my eyes. Great guy
Love REP, got the pr-5000 last year, I wonder when the rep air bike comes out, looking forward to that one!
Didn't see the cardio equipment video, is it not out yet? Really interested in that treadmill.
Same
Don't know what equipment you are refering to. But they do have another channel that reviews a lot of cardio equipment.
"Garage Gym Reviews Everything"
Perhaps it is there (or will be released there).
At the end of the video there’s a treadmill on the left side that you catch a glimpse of.🧐
Crazy how Adam's top lip does not budge. He's like a South Park drawing!
Rogue has a competitor to the Adonis now, CTM-1 functional cable tower.
Man that is nice!
Awesome show
You like kid in candy store 👌
Love it
Thank you 👍
If I had a house I’d totally buy this. So cool
Might be a little too picky, but would love to see a stainless steel front upright option. Would be worried about that powder coat wearing with the pulley going up and down and the Pegasus being placed in different spots.
I want one of those 😮
Super high quality, I just can’t help but feel like they missed an opportunity in making it more compatible with an upright for use as a rack. The way it’s caged obviously has its limitations, but even just being able to run cross members to something other than another Adonis would’ve made it more versatile
This guy is good at his job. I will buy an ADONIS.
the Pegasus seat looks very slick
Nice!!
Love seeing Adam from Rep hit a deadlift PR at Home Gym Com
I would love to see if you can add an upright/crossmember and make it into a squat stand. Probably not gonna shell out for dual Adonis but would like to save some space.
2 of these for a squat rack would be perfect. Coop you are asking all of the right questions! Additionally, when you make your review please test to see if the prime foot plate for low row would fit on this!
Why not go for the BoS towers then?
@@JordanLambo369 Lat pull down is not as good on that. has to be wall mounted. isnt 3x3 uprights. doesnt support 1 inch hole attachments.
@@JordanLambo369 because it's made by BoS
Which would be better? stack 2 of these side by side with cross members and pull up bar, add on j cups for both squat and bench option vs Ares 2.0?
So what would be the difference and pros/cons of doing something like this vs two Athenas and the normal lat pulldown/low row?
That's true about the Prime being 2:1 for low rows, but it has a 350lb stack.
Addonis can go up to 400lb with the weight plate horns.
Still only 175lbs of resistance, not enough for heavy rows
@@timk8258 there are band pegs or you can just add more weight to the band peg post on the carrier to the stack.
I want to know if they plan on selling those mag pins by themselves?!?! I hate to buy some Fringe sport magpins for my Rep rack just to have Rep release those later.
Are they coming out with any updates to their benches like an AB-4100 2.0?
I would absolutely love to see what you could build out of two of these. You mentioned a squat rack, and I'm sure you can add a pullup bar across the top - what else??? Also very interested in your review of the functional trainer, especially two of them from a dual-Adonis, and how they compare with something that is specifically meant to be a functional trainer, such as FreeMotion machine (which costs roughly the same as two of the Adonis machines). I'd be very interested to see if you thought you could get the same functionality from two Adonisis (Adoni??) as you could a FreeMotion Genesis Dual Cable Cross. Thanks!!!
Chest supported row is kinda lit ngl
We need an Adonis Lite. Slightly shorter, a little less depth and anchorable to a concrete wall to reduce the footprint. It would get a Lat/Low Row into smaller gyms
That sounds a lot like the wall mounted Athena, which btw I'd love to get but I would prefer to have a plate loaded side and a selectorized side on the other end, unfortunately REP don't sell such a setup and buying the rep Athena system by itself does not support a 4 post variant for the plate loaded version, which sucks badly
Can 6’ pull up bars be attached to this? What is the depth of the Adonis between the uprights? Ie what length crossmember would I need in an adjacent rack to be of equal depth?
Is there enough space to work around the footplate to do functional trainer exercises on the floor... Say a weighted cable crunch? Or are you gonna have to scoot way back to get away from the footplate and lose cable travel?
Did I miss the video on the Rep Cardio? I keep seeing it mentioned in the other Rep videos from FIBO, but haven't seen it.
Will the Pegasus fit the Titian lat tower?
Could you review a cheaper-end multifunctional weight bench that can do both decline crunches and back extension? Products such as the Finer Form Multi-Functional FID Weight Bench. Love the content, great work!
Would it be possible to add one of these and a smith machine to a power rack instead of doing an all in one product like the Jacked Up All In One?
Hey Coop, Looking forward to seeing you at Home Gym Con 2025!
He won’t go. He thinks he’s to good for it
2:59 exactly what I was thinking, somehow to incorporate Nordic curls and back extensions & take my money REP 💵💸
Hey Coop!! Have you seen/heard of the Force USA C10? Apprently it comes out this month. I heard it has a (sliding) bench that actually turns into hack squat/leg press machine!
Two of these, Ares 2.0, or Arcadia max?
Rep os the bomb
Hey Coop, can you review the MAXUM sx2 combo rack/trainer? It looks beastly.
Hoping they arrive to Europe SOON :)
This is a beauty. Expensive for one stack, but beautiful.
Review their new air bike!!!
please review the WALL-MOUNTED ATHENA™ BUILDER
Is rep gonna sell that barbell mounting piece?
You missed Homegymcon in America.
As a US machining manufacturer, if REP brought their manufacturing in house, or Made in USA, I would buy them, its not much cheaper for Made in China anymore, until then it's Rogue for me.
When’s the rep cardio vid going to drop?
Was really hoping for a shorter version. Want this so badly but it’s too tall for my space.
I would like to see rep come out with a lat pull/ low row without the added half functional trainer. It seems like there was a lot of compromise on this product. I have a twin athena at the moment. Adonis 2.0...?
How about reviewing Vesta Fitness 3in1 Coop?
This on eof those attachments that make me wonder if buying Ares was the best choice. I live the Ares but when using attachments cables become a lot let useful because you can't slide it down to be able to do rows for example or anything that requires the cables to be moved down. It's one reason I never use my ISO Arms, they're a pain to put on and you have to remove them to move cables down. I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone complaining about this. I guess there's no way around it, and may be there's no point in complaining, I just wish I knew that. I still love my Ares, except when I see a nice attachment like this.
I've seen similar comments about the ISO Arms. Coop mentioned at the end something about a new design for the Arms possibly in the works. Does that sound right to you?
How much does that thing weigh?
Anyone know if the Pegasus will fit on a rogue 3x3 rack?
Wish this was made in an 80in version for my basement gym
What are the chances we get a budget option? Remove the decorative plating and make it plate loaded.
CREME DE LA GYM!!! 🤌🤌🤌🤌
One more month!!
I kinda wish they'd made it a double pulley to be used like a cable tower. Still a cool piece though.
Coop we like to opinión AND rewiew of the lever gym powertec or gmwd
Please connect it to a rack with an Athena and let us know how different they feel and also what rack depth matches. Seems like Adonis depth is excessive.
Has Rep surpassed Rogue as the top?
Time to sell my Ares and grab this. Fuck...
Start selling Rep in Australia!
Rep Doesent send it to norway tho...
I was so amped up and typing so fast on my 1st comment to you that I spelled Gymcrafter's wrong, sorry Tim, I should've proofread it before sending, I was hot though, sorry
Why, why no leg extension attachments wth!!!
Where's the first look on the Ares 2.0?
Coop put that video out 2 weeks ago.
Pegasus should be included with the Adonis instead of being a separate purchase.
I need more money
My problem with this thing is, that its so goddamn huge. This would take up a 3. of my space
not sure..seems more like a gimmick..but ill take one for free to use and review...HELLO REP!! lol
So we’re looking at about $5000 by the time it’s all said and done? Who can afford a home gym anymore if that’s the going rate (tonal/virtruvian/others, etc)?
I'm not in the market for one of these and don't have the space for it, but I've dropped a pretty penny on my gym equip. If I factor the investment in my health, time saved traveling to and from the gym daily over years, time saved by having generally more efficient workouts, not having to deal with the toxic immature gym crowd, ability to exercise with my wife and kid, the ability to work out at home while the baby naps... it's a no-brainer. Worth every pretty penny.
@@mikeprice3174not even close. You can get a Regen trainer for $3500 shipped and it’s no contest
Don’t get the point of this Adonis. Stand alone ?
Standalone or rack attached. The point is to compete with single stack systems like Prime’s single stack.
@@BrandonSchwartz1and it can’t because it doesn’t have a 1:4 ratio option
That seat just is not that useful to me . Keep it simple guys
Thing is way too big and clunky
