Ive been trying to get antibiotics since 2017 since then cant get a doctor just a nurse who cant prescribe a glass of water got no choice so going private now and thats going to cost a few hundred still least we know where all the doctors are there in private practice

What matters is whats factually correct not politically correct. When it comes to Trans, why do doctors/medical professionals affirm someones mental health problems. I have never heard a doctor/mental health professional tell someone with anorexia who weighs 4 stone that they agree with them, they are fat and then prescribe them slimming pills..
Here's my take on it. If trans was science based, with a medical, and not an emotional or imagination base, it would be so straightforward that someone who believed he or she was "trans" would present with some kind of symptom/s other than "I feel ..." and the professional would refer that person for tests/scans and that would indicate something. With those results the professional would then prescribe treatment.
That is not what happens because there is nothing "trans" to be found in any physiology. When people believe that they are trans and have surgery, the, e.g. mastectomy, it does not heal anything, nor is the person's life extended by one second. No pathology is corrected. For men who want to claim they are women and vice versa the surgery is purely cosmetic. The genes, DNA, chromosomes in the cells do not change. And there are trillions of those cells in the human body.
Sex is binary and cannot be changed - except in the mind of the person who suffers such a delusion.
I'm playing 👿 advocate: because an anorexic person not treated will end up d#ad, while a trans person will end up being fulfilled in their desire and enjoying a happier life.
Either way, we're revisiting the ancient mind-body problem.

Many of them are detransitioners. Unlike when transitioning as they seek NHS coverage for detransition costs, I understand NHS will not cover it. Re the mind-body problem: Andrew Marvell's c1650 poem 'A Dialogue between the Soul and the Body' really describes that dichotomy.
