A lovely page! It was a fun use of a lot of different media, the hot glue spider web was really cool. I loved the practicality of just using a stapler too. XD I've seen a couple people sew on sheets like that, but sometimes the pages tear out over time if the stitch is too narrow. Sometimes easiest is best, especially for personal use. Ok ok, Miss thing, you are on a roll!! Loved this page. The last two years I have been trying to simplify my decor and this year I did my fall decor in whites and wood. Totally new for me but it’s feels calm and less busy. For example, I have this large wood bowl full of white pumpkins with this rattan skull sitting in the middle of it. California doesn’t experience a change in season so Christmas is where I want all the decor.

I love pumpkin and mustard colors in october. In November I like red , black and.. dark colors. In Romania we celebrate St. Andrei ( Andrew) at the end of november , wich is like Halloween for us, and that's why I associate november with dark colors themes. Some of romanian people celebrate both, Halloween and St. Andrei, so we decorate our homes for one month 🧡🖤👻
That’s really interesting! I definitely jump between color sets depending on mood and weather-I usually decorate my house with brighter autumn colors in September and early October and switch to dark colors and bones and skulls halfway through October 🥀🖤🍄
another beautiful spread as per usual 💅🌷 I love the glue spiderweb I would have to do that in my journal very soon 🕸️🤍 and those pomegranate stickers are so adorable ! i’ve always been a Aphrodite kind of gal 🌊🐚💞 I actually have a statue of her on my nightstand along with a few offerings! And omg i’ve been eyeing the Michaels halloween collection - especially those see through acrylic frames! My favorite was the girl and I think this video is finally gonna make me buy them! And ugh love Persephone, I wish they had a pomegranate emoji I think the fruit is so cute and I love her story! I’m not too fond of the retellings though 🤣 Maybe because they portray Demeter as an evil mother but that’s just me 🤷🏻♀️ And I love the good ole traditional fall colors - I usually start to love deep reds, black and green once it’s close to the holidays though 🤩✨

They romanticize some characters too much and demonize others. I think Demeter is overbearing but not a villain by any means, just a protective mom. I’m definitely similar with the color changes 🎃🍄🤎🥀🕷️✨🖤
ooh yes i love artemis too! i don’t see her that many retellings not even as a side character sadly and yes! she was definitely overbearing but she was a loving mother so i kind of get annoyed seeing people depict her a evil mom though i do understand with retellings it doesn’t have to be 1:1 so it’s just my gripe with it haha 🤣🤣 also i don’t know if you do requests still but i think pen pal ideas would be great! im actually planning on copying the barbie scrapbook tutorial you did for a penpal letter in the foreseeable future! 💞🤩
@dollmuse oooo well we’re on the same wavelength then, because I definitely have been planning some letter ideas videos after Halloween. I’m trying to get all of my gothic, spooky vibes out this year, since I did the hunted estate series last year, I didn’t do almost and books and movies 😅 I’m trying to decide between crimson peak and hound of the Baskerville for this weekend 😈

It’s the dip powder on my real nails…I think it’s still acrylic, but the process is different than getting traditional acrylic nails? My tech did a plain black dip manicure and then added the cat eye gel and used a magnet to make the glitter form a line-it was really cool 😅
Where did you get that book of stained glass windows?! I love deep jewel colors. Hecate always interested me. I always think of peacock colors when I think of her.
