Can we quickly acknowledge that Hondo captured Dooku, Anakin and Obi-Wan together, nearly jeopardising Sidious's plan altogether. He also fought Anakin and Ahsoka in single combat, and wasn't beaten. He fought and nearly killed Darth Maul and Savage Oppress. He is basically unstoppable when the plot demands it.

That moment when you realise Hondo Ohnaka probably has beaten more Jedi and Sith in fights than anyone besides Darth Sidious (if you include Order 66). I mean they weren't fair fights but come on he's a pirate.
I wrote a story where Din, Bo Katan, and Grogu got weapons from Hondo and then they all fought against some imps together. I will say Hondo’s dialogue was so much fun to write. If I can find a way to include him in later stories I writr I will. But for now it doesn’t make sense. But he and Grogu become friends of course. I love him so much. I’m patiently waiting to see him in live action. It better happen I swear to god.
