HI BBY! Welcome to what we eat in a day in paradise (aka Los Cabos, Mexico). I'll be taking you through a day in the life in Cabo, Mexico and what my healthy surfer family eats in a day! We grew up surfing, eating nourishing foods and staying active, and these are honestly my favorite videos to film because I never know how they're going to turn out LOL. This was my first video. I can’t imagine living in such a happy, healthy, supportive, close family. You have really been set up for a wonderful life due to the nurture of your parents. It’s beautiful to see and thank you for sharing! Many people wish to have a family even a 1/4 as wonderful as your family.
My thoughts exactly!! I actually started to cry during this video because it was so SO beautiful to see such a happy and healthy family that spends so much quality time with each other.
I'm a 38 year old mother of 2 that is back at school studying acupuncture and my health has took a back seat for a few years now but you got me back on the health train with your easy delicious meals (just purchased your ebook). O’ahu is VERY traffic heavy! I live here due to my husband being military. North shore is probably going to be your favorite area to be around! Since COVID restrictions have lifted the island is SUPER packed which makes things a little less enjoyable being we’re all so crowded but that’s what you get for living in paradise. I personally would LOVE to live in Italy 😍
I think Italy as well i don't know why but i think the lifestyle in Cabo and Hawaii might be similar so definitely Italy will push you out of your comfort zone if personal growth it's what you are looking for. Either way both places are probably AMAZING. Much love and peace :)

I don’t know!! I eat intuitively so I don’t track what I eat. On estimate it’s 2200 calories maybe?
