Truly an excellent rendition of Nights. The instrumentation and timing were RIGHT ON!! Thank you for a thoughtfully produced Karaoke version of Nights! It is good enough to be listened to and enjoyed just for what it is!
I like this version better than the original when I'm practicing the song with my 12 string. But the angel effect or as my Lil niece call it the "Bee Gees" effect is too loud. Don't get me wrong I listen to this one way more than the original long one. I love it.
My vocal cords are officially done for the night!! I’m going to become Owen Meany if I don’t quit! Lol 😂 But it was a blast! Thanks... especially for the Lament...
hi Tim.. that is an excellent track..i do Karaoke and i wonder if it is possible to have the ''BREATH DEEP etc'' at the beginning of the song? .. Can I buy it?
Tally Robson huh, I never thought of that possibility. I just tried to recreate the original with "Late Lament" on the end. Although, now that I think about it, it might be nice to add the part about "Pinprick holes in a colorless sky" and "Brave Helios, wake up your steeds. Bring the warmth the countryside needs."
Both are beautiful verse!,.. but I know the ''Breath deep'' off by heart,..and I can just hear ''But we decide which is right'' ... then the song begins.... i dont think it would work at the end of the song... as you know the end of the song has a wonderful crescendo,..and the poem might fall flat. .. let me know if you can edit it..and the cost,.. The orchestration is very powerful in Peter Knight's version,.. and you got it spot on!.. cheers... Tally
OUTSTANDING version!!!!!!
And the POETRY at the end WAS INCLUDED!!!!!
This is the best version that I've found, not too fast, not too slow and theres not a single instrument that's louder than the other.
Incredible reproduction, excellent job!!, best I've ever heard..phenomenal my friend!!
Awesome especially the spoken cameo and crescendo at the end ❤
After a bottle of wine at a friends house last weekend, we sang this gem. So hauntingly beautiful
This song always reminds me of my late father. He loved this song.
This is almost as good as the original! Amazing!

Love that the "Late Lament" is added at the end - this masterpiece is incomplete without it. Thank you !
So amazing 👍💪💪

The ending kind of scares me
Can this version be purchased? If so, where? Thanks!
Oh come on... Using the actual recorded version of the orchestral sections? Really?
Bob Kessler Just for the very beginning and the very end. The Late Lament part was done with samplesd instruments from the University of Iowa.
Would you rather hear a synth version how about a synth version of the Honeymooners
