I can relate my ex husband and I do not live in the same city my son was 5 when we got divorced he is 17. The transition was stressful because our communication was ineffective but I promise you it gets better as the kids get older. Maintain your faith and restoration of peace will follow soon

I was just in a PM role and I had to quit. It taught me a lot about what I’m good at and what I’m not. I don’t like deadlines and having dependencies on getting my work done. I like to get in and out lol… I’m a natural presenter so I work well on the sales side. I’m learning that now. Gotta do what’s best for you… and yes… I agree… the person who is a finesser and has a positive outlook is the one to watch. They’re always great leaders to!! Great video lady!! 🙌🏾✨❤️
I love work trips (well, as long as I don't have to travel with work folks who are kind of uh....unfun). Watching this reminded me that I need to look at an end of the year IT conference to go to being that my end of the year travel plans fell through
Hi Kristyn I totally agree with you and project management is a great job and the hours are long but very rewarding. You wear multiple hats and you definitely have to listen to all prospectives. Your attitude can determine how far you go in corporate setting. Doing project release planning in person is the best way to clarify requirements and develop a high level plan for deliverables. Things will get better. I hope everything works out for you. #KSTARS
When you started speaking about verbiage, it truly hit home people do not understand the importance of being able to articulate their words correctly. It will set you apart from people and make you stand out in such a more professional and polished manner. A person can be highly intelligent,but if they sound a mess, no one will be interested in listening. Great video as always

I’ve been working from home for 10 years and baby I had my first on-site meeting Thurs-Sat and I was fighting for my life 🤣 I do not miss face to face interaction at all…I took notes when needed and tuned OUT the rest.

Also, ask for recommendations before you travel! That hampton inn is on methodone mile aka a ton of crack heads and homeless ppl on that whole strip. Would never recommend anyone to stay there.
Also your last hotel, I used to work there when they first opened in 2015
