      Garm paani se nhana hai,gond k laddu aur please tlaa bhuna mat khao aur body ko paseena aane k baad hwa mat lagne do apni diet healthy rakho moong daal m fulka bhigoke upper se ghee daal kar khao,abhi kam se kam ek hafta jyada hilo dulo mat, problem abhi pta nhi chlegi baad m dikkat hogi

      Aa rahi hai na unki mom vo sab bana kar khilayegi vo akeli ye gond n flax seed sab nahi kar payegi avinash ki mom gond n teesi (flax seed) haldi n dry fruits n sonth ke ladu bana kar degi thats called sonthura in U.P and Achvani poori which is full of health benefits post pregnancy or post miscarriage khate hai vo sab avinash ki mom bana kar degi.

    Hello Avinash , please ask Sambhavana to take rest , it’s very important for her health because I know that after this condition we should take enough rest and eat harira and Gond laddu , ajwain ka paratha. Please if she wants to change she can walk in home , because of too much weakness she has to take rest . Meri mummy bhi Sambhavana ko blessing de rahi hai , and rest Kerne ko bol rahi hai .       इसे हल्के में नहीं लेना चाहिए।

    sambhavna ji miscarriage bhi delivery jesa pain hota hai isliye aap jitna jada rest kar sakte ho utna karo aapne kaano mai rui dalo ya fir kaan dhako ,socks pairon mein dalo ,niche ghumne mat jaoo hawa ke wajah se sardard ho jayega normal khana khao aur jada karke gond aur dryfruits ke laddo banake khao uske wajah se kamar dard kam ho ga ,thand hain paani main 15 din to bilkul haat mat dalo delivery key baad jo jo parhej hota hai wo karo varna badme bahoot pareshani hoti hai,get well soon ❤❤❤

    You should take proper rest… just 20 days before I also go through this D&C… I totally understand the pain… After D&C blood loss bohot ho jaata hai… hb goes down so please take proper rest eat Iron and protein rich food… and avoid to lift heavy weight

    Avinaash. Gudiya ko bolo methi ke laddu bana de Sambhavna ke liye. Is time yeh kuch dino ke liye khana hota hai. Usse body ko taakat milti hai aur heal bhi jaldi ti hai body. Gudiya ko na ata ho banna to kisi Gujarati shop pe mil jaayege deshi ghee mein bane hue methi ke laddu.Aap specially order deke banawa lijiye.

    I recently went through all this and Two things really helped me
    1-Empty stomach warm turmeric water
    2-Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds
    I felt good next day after D&C but 4th day I started having bleeding again because I felt I am fine and start working.I hope you read my message.Love from USA ❤❤❤

    Generally after miscarriage pregnancy hormones remain in the body for couple of days to weeks so cravings, emotions and few symptoms can still be same as in pregnancy!! So eat whatever you crave! Pamper yourself and stay healthy ❤ You are super women and amazing! Proud of you 👏🏼

    Yar ap please rest karo. I don’t want to give gyan but otna Jaldi otna kaam karna is a no no please. I went through this and 2 weeks rest to please kijie. Your body was carrying a baby, please take is as seriously as giving birth, by that I mean nutrition for your body. I didn’t eat well, mera us time back pain aaj tak nahi gaya and I can’t stand for long periods. Please please take rest. I know man nahi lagta, but you can watch content, watch some Christmas movies, old movies, please read books and try meditation. Sam please you have to listen to people who care for you, who are also doctors and have been through this. Please 🙏 God bless you ❤

    Hi Sambhawana di, mujhe v 13 saal se Arthritis hai aur 10 saal shadi ko ho gaye, last year I conceived with a baby boy. Abhi mera kanha 1 saal ka ho gaya. Main aapko yahi bolungi ki always think positive. Sab kuch accha hoga. I love you always.

    Pls have some rest, its really important! Take cinnamon tea, soak 2 cloves in the night in a glass of water and have it empty stomach starting your next period till the 12th day of your cycle. Take a spoonful flaxseed, lots of blueberries and strawberries lots of egg whites. Sleep real well. Lifestyle change will make alot of difference.

    Sam take bed rest at most of ur time, and read positive books or listen to spiritual music u will find peace and get over from this bad phase of ur life. Am saying this coz even i have gone through this bad Phase in my life three times , its hard to forget everything but no other go ,just b positive ❤🎉
