I hated moving as a kid, but love it as an adult. Just make sure she doesnt lose friends if you continue to move and she will keep on being a happy girl
I just had a quick friendly note about carseats. Its recommended you keep them rearfacing as long as possible. Until they max out the seat. We didn't turn our daughter around until age 4 and 40 lbs. They are safest rearfacing:) I cant wait to see your new house video when you find one! Xoxo
How did you keep them rear facing till 4?? My kids would have their knees bent up to their chest/face by two because of their height... your kid must be very short.
@@lilyjoseph2989 my daughter is actually tall for her age. Their legs can be up on the back of the actual car seat, over the sides of the seat or like a pretzel. Wherever they want really. I wish I could attach a picture. Look up the carseat safety group on fb. Lots of good info!
Lily Joseph it’s okay for their legs to be crossed or bent. Thankfully my son is okay with having his legs against the seat. But overall, it’s better to have broken legs than internal decapitation!
Hey Channon, please look into keeping your car seat rear facing for as long as possible. You can keep them rear facing until 4, which is a lot safer to travel for them as it reduces risks of submarining or excessive jerking of the neck if they were forward facing in a collision. It does increase the risk of broken legs but that's the better of two evils xxx
@@lizr4076 so do I!! The best info though that I've ever heard is to (1) keep them rear facing as long as possible, and (2) to strap them in as tightly as you possibly can, so that you can pick up the car seat and feel confident enough to turn it upside down with your child in it. My OCD drove me insane with the safety of my son. Maybe as part of your work in Paeds you can talk to your medical board about writing up a petition for manufacturers & companies to push those safety instructions on TV/Social media etc. I would definitely sign that!!
@@mellsym6353 I've always been told that even if the baby is crying, you know they're breathing. If they are crying for 15 minutes on a car ride because their nappy needs changing but you have no where to pull over, it's fine. They are fine. They are going to be okay. They will cry. But you know they are breathing. Hearing a baby cry is actually one of the best sounds because they are alerting their caregiver that they need help. I really hope Channon will keep Snow rear facing!
If snow falls asleep in her car seat a lot you might want to keep her backward facing. We switched my oldest around at 2, but he would fall asleep on long drives and would hang his head in a way that worried me he wasn’t getting enough air. We turned him back until he was 2 and a half.
Once kids have head control there is no need to worry about them not getting air. They’ll move if they need to. But it obviously is safer to rear face as long as possible! 🙂

I had no idea that u guys were living in a townhouse/condo,I thought it was a single family dwelling. No wonder you guys want to move, you are really packed in there! I couldn't imagine living so freakin close to neighbors! Good luck with your transition, I know how crazy stressful moving can be especially when your on between places!
The next house use move into will it be the one you stay in? Just wondering as use move sooo much I’d feel so unsettled and stressed 😩😂 love you guys ❤️ xx
I agree..... They move constantly. I couldn't handle that... They move, get rid of furniture, and buy all new stuff over & over..... Maybe it's a california thing? I have friends out there & they don't move that way & they have a toddler ,& new twins & have grounded themselves in a nice home. Myself, I like stability, especially with kids, because kids need stability, especially with them growing up & then, their bedrooms, friends, school. Just HOME!!!! I moved to Florida 11 years ago, my kids are raised, we kept them in the same home and once college was done, I moved to Florida. Home is very important, a stable home is security for children, especially once they start school. And holidays & home memories..... My kids are 30 ish now & they still talk about their childhood memories and cherish them so much. I moved to Florida to be in a healthy environment 11 years ago, I am still in the same beach cottage. Last year had my entire home renovated 100% renovated. I cannot move year after year & never have. That would be too much. Once kids get older, & in school, like Snows age now, soon, home stability, school stability, family, neighbors & friends, holiday memories is very important. It's not just them, people move often, I cannot handle it, and new furniture.... I have only moved a few times in my whole life. I am 55. Moving around& around, I don't know people who move so much. If they need privacy, move to a farm... With a gated entrance!
I've moved 4 times in 8 years, across country too (from the UK). Its not as bad as you think it is and also, we get bored of places after 2 years and get itchy feet to move again xx

You should seriously travel in your motorhome while you have the chance to other states and I don't mean neighboring states you've been to I mean different areas that you haven't spent time and you guys could have such a awesome country life or city life whatever you would prefer but would be so fun to see your kids playing in the snow in piles leaves, swimming in ponds and reservoirs and creeks you have the world at your feet with what you do....explore it get the hell out of California or especially LA for a while not to mention the size house you could have in another state, just my thoughts can't wait to see your expanding family and where you doing end up settling down, just don't travel to too much with young kids because those are the years I remember so well running around in the neighborhood with the neighborhood kids making friends, those were some of my fondest memories!

No hate butshould she still be using that bottle? since most experts recommended that toddlers a little before age 2 should start using a regular cup (or a more advanced sippy cup) since I think the cup she is using now is meant for a baby no hate at all since your first time parents you probably just don’t know these little things my cousin had the same problem with her first born so no worries just saying
Don't think you're really in any position to decide whether she's ready or not considering you are a complete stranger who just sees a few clips of her here and there on UA-cam
I highly recommend looking at 6 bedrooms. Master, snowy, future kiddo, guest room if there's no MIL suite, office, and if you can have a 3rd kid. If its not in the cards use it for a play room or gym

i’m reading these comments and i’m getting so annoyed! i moved my daughter to front facing after she turned 2. i asked her pediatrician before i did it. it’s HER child. she didn’t ask for your permission or advice. people in the comments need to mind their business. if she didn’t ask for your advice calm down. channon you do what you think is best for YOUR child. you’re a good mom!
Car seat safety is not a parenting decision like breastfeeding is. it’s proven facts that they are so much safer in an accident if they are rear facing. I would get a Bengal because they're more similar to dogs, but I'm ridiculously allergic to them! All except for siamese which are, weirdly enough, hypoallergenic
I'm super allergic to cats (I have 5 and love each one to pieces) but I'm least reactive to my senior Siamese. I never knew Siamese were considered hypoallergenic tho, I just assumed it was because he's old! 😂
@@opal6202 I didn't realize it until I noticed I had no reaction to my friend's siamese! I looked it up and was shocked. I think it does depend on whether you're allergic to the saliva or the hair..for me it's the hair and dander.
I would love if Travis made more videos. He’s so authentic
Me too!
I’m so happy you still have him ❤️
Travis, what is your job?
They don't work.
They don't work

Bandits meow is so cute and funny all at the same time I feel so bad for him though
Bandits meow is how I have been feeling about this whole coronavirus situation. 😆I miss little Bandito!
Yes, we need more space xozo
I love hearing Snow mimic Bandie!!! 😊 so sweet. More real life vlogs!
Hahaa so happy you liked this vlog xoxo
Can’t wait to see you’re new home. And looking forward to seeing you’re new baby boy. Hope you’re feeling better now. Watching you’re blogs from Ireland 🇮🇪
Aw thank you so much!
You 100% will feel so much better with out all those stairs too. 2 babies trying to get up and down stairs. I can't believe how wild 2 year olds are. Just know if you ever come to Michigan, snow has a best friend here! Love you guys and love your videos. I hope you find the house of your dreams in this crazy home market! ❤❤
Aw you are so sweet thank you! If we are ever in Michigan we need to hang!
@@ChannonRoseVlogs yes! There are some great spots up here! Everytime I watch you guys, my little girl goes crazy. Its adorable! ❤
Bandits meow is soo cute and funny 😂 but im Soo happy for you all its amazing seeing all the changes !! From all these years ❤❤
I think it’s cool, you can go on an adventure while the baby is small cause once they go to school etc won’t be that easy. Lots of love for you guys 🤎
Yes! Thank you so much!
this is the best vlog. snow and bandit’s conversation is gold😂
I thought haters found where you lived and were harassing you
I think she said there were a multitude of reasons they were moving.
They did, but I'm sure there's a multitude of reasons.
Travis is so slow, it would drive me crazy, lol
When you say sad at the beginning all I can think about is the door opening on its own👀 and being like “bye!” 🤣🤣💕
I remember when I left my house it was so difficult for me and every time I think about it it makes me sad since it was where I saw my two kids grow there, they took their first steps and it was my first home😢but I always have to remind myself that it was for the better❤️
Channon you are absolutely gorgeous !You have a beautiful soul too !You inspire me so much every time I watch you !Looking forward to the next new journey for the Rose 🌹 Fam love you 🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❄️
Hey there! I’m wondering if you e done a video of “who does snow look more like?”. Like as a child or older etc. Does she have features of you (Channon) before you had plastic surgeries? No shade or hate at all! I would have a few things done myself! I’m pro do what makes you feel confident and beautiful! Sometimes I see Travis.. and then I see channon too!
The really question...did you get your Restoration Hardware mirror out of your room?
When you were looking out the window at the man who was bleeding and the other homeless people, I could just see the care on your face. I feel like you have such a big, genuine heart. I may not have the same world views as you, but I can still appreciate a sincere and tender-hearted individual. God bless you and your family on this new chapter of your life 💕
Im excited for your new adventures! The moving, the traveling, the pregnancy, etc.!!!! Im so so happy for you guys, love you lots! Xoxo from Fresno
Channon is literally me when she says " goodbye house, we won't see you anymore" like the house genuinely has feelings 🤣🤣🤣
Love you Channon! Been subscribed for years and am a member on patreon! Let me know after the pandemic if you ever do a meet n greet in Florida or Southern Georgia! Would LOVE to meet you! ❤
What does Travis do for a living?
Nothing.

It sounds like Snow says "Hi Guys!"
Haha!
It does!
Love you Chan love how strong u are and beautiful u are u have a beautiful soul ❤️❤️❤️
You should add to house in the title cause I swear I thought you were gonna say he died 😂😂 also I hope this next house is where you stay. You’ve moved so much in the last five years and that can be hard mentally and monetarily.
Aw! Such a cute vlog, so excited to follow your adventure
She is in a regular car seat..it isn’t a carrier. You can rear face regular car seats until they’re like 4 years old.
They actually recommend stopping bottles by 1 years old.
Yeah a cup would be fantastic for a car GREAT IDEA WHO LOVES MESS
Vanessa barber that’s why I said a regular sippy cup
Francesca my bad I saw it wrong (fixed it)
Omg please keep her rear facing she's so not ready, the age is the last of the three car seat factors you should consider before switching.
Don't think you're really in any position to decide whether she's ready or not considering you are a complete stranger who just sees a few clips of her here and there on UA-cam
@@SjofnBM1989 She knows Snow's age and that says enough... she's not ready.
@@SjofnBM1989 you can 100% look at a kid and know
Moving that much is abnormal! Especially when you have a kid!
Vlogs are back!!! Whoop whoop 🙌🏻❤️
Yes!!
I highly recommend looking at 6 bedrooms. Master, snowy, future kiddo, guest room if there's no MIL suite, office, and if you can have a 3rd kid. If its not in the cards use it for a play room or gym
Well either that or keep wasting money buying and reselling. And her income is her business and at least she has a life to tell(: I live on 10 acres with a lake and pool living my best doula ho life soooo
Florida. Own my doula and lactation buisness and I'm in midwifery school. Let's spread positively and not hate 💞
Me saying my job isn't bragging 🤣🤣 girl bye
Channon you look absolutely glowing 💙
Aw thank you so much xoxo
I hope the best for you both and your family 🌹
Yayyy! I hope you don't deal with stalkers anymore 🙏📿
Guys I have so much chaos going on in my house every day that I didn’t even notice the noise in the background lol I’ve gotten really good at tuning out distractions haha
Haha I love it xoxo
Channon is a mesmerizing woman.
Glad bandits okay and well . Also snow is so cute !!!!
i’m reading these comments and i’m getting so annoyed! i moved my daughter to front facing after she turned 2. i asked her pediatrician before i did it. it’s HER child. she didn’t ask for your permission or advice. people in the comments need to mind their business. if she didn’t ask for your advice calm down. channon you do what you think is best for YOUR child. you’re a good mom!
Aw thanks mama xoxox
Car seat safety is not a parenting decision like breastfeeding is. it’s proven facts that they are so much safer in an accident if they are rear facing. I don’t think people are trying to shame her, they just are trying to make sure she is informed that Snow does not have to forward face just because she is 2
Snow doesn’t sleep all night and she is almost 2???? Your going to have another baby , GOD BLESS YOU is all I can say..
No one said having kids would be easy. 😜
My son is the same. He’s 16 months and has a sleep schedule of a newborn lol
Don’t feel bad, both of my kids didn’t start sleeping through the night until they were 4 😩 but we all survived and so will you
@@ChannonRoseVlogs Well, easy for you since you dont do anything but sit on your ass all day trolling the internet and other youtubers. Tara thinks your trash btw.🤣
Lol my son got up once a night till he was a little over 4!
I can't believe Snow is going to be two in a month! Time flies!
I know I can’t believe it either!
Ok but the pregnancy glow on Channon🥰
Omg she's so beyond gorgeous right now, always but she's so happy. This little boy is a miracle, that's making her glow, and be empathetic and just such an amazing mom and wife she's grown into!
Channon is so beautiful and such a good mom.
Snow got so big ❤️❤️ she is growing up so fast 😭
I know can you believe how fast time goes by!
Snow ❄️ I soooo grown up and getting so smart! I remember when she was just embryo!!
Yey! So happy for your family! Snow is just so adorable.
Plus hopefully you’ll have a nice backyard for the kids to play and a garden! Look at other places where you get more for your money Utah, Nevada, AZ, Oregon
Omg thought he died from the intro
Anyone that ask why don't you put down roots...snow is young and I would love if I could have done that as a child, so for her to be able to travel the world even if she doesnt remember it.. it's still special to travis and channon to be able to see snow grow up and be in different places around the world. Channon do you and stop explaining yourself. Lol
Snow is such a beautiful baby ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍
So glad you’re living your dream. Love you guys Joanna
PLEASE do NOT forward face Snow until she meets the weight threshold! She can rear face well into 3 years old and it is SO MUCH SAFER!!! Please, just look into it before you make any big decisions!!!
That was a quick year so glad you sold it with all those stairs and a baby.
You have a beautiful family!♥️🇨🇦🌺🙏🏻
Aw thank you so much xoxo
I know the feeling Channon we sold two properties in two years. People don’t realize sometimes it doesn’t work out ! It’s ok! 🥰💜 whatever works for you’re family! People think your wealthy because you sell then buy another house it’s work, blood sweat and tears !!! I back you up totally!!! Love you guys!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜
Thank you for being understanding instead of judge mental. Very open minded of you xoxx
Look at St. Augustine!! Great schools and beaches and reasonable cost of living❤️
I agree with this comment!!!
