For anyone curious about the bit about two pods. In Sonic X, when Rouge and Shadow are interrogating each other, Rouge pulls out the Bio-Lizard file, like in "canon" only for Shadow to point out that was a prototype. Then Rouge drops the bombshell that there was more than one pod launched from the Ark during GUN's raid and that they were never found. We later get testimony from the soldier who shot Maria, and his flashback revealed that, yes, Maria launched more than one pod. This, of course, has led to theories, usually that it was Emerl and/or Sonic in the other pods. Make of that what you will.

The ark is from earth, but they're designed around the chaos emeralds, even though they've always been in Sonic's world

I know people had their concerns about how Shadow was going to be handled exactly, but it feels like the trailer brought a lot of optimism about it; and it's great Ian seems to agree that it's going to be a good watch! Slightly. Very subtle difference. On scale 1-100 maybe 4 point difference. What I mean by this is that Ian writes more quips, when Evan sometimes have scenes that aren't funny (or plot moving), they just exist for character to be themself. I could never see Flynn write "Trial by Fire" for example. If he’d support the idea to see the IDW Comics adapted into Anime or Sonic Prime animation? Or does he think it would be a bad idea that would compel people to not read the comics? I personally think it would be profitable for them, and it would pull a lot of new fans to both Sonic in general and the IDW Comics. 2. Even tho Sega asked them not to use Infinite or the Jackal Squad for the IDW Comics, are they able to make a new Jackal animal, unrelated to Infinite, or the Squad, if they wanted? I love the Jackal designs so much, I personally think it would be a waste, to leave the animal and design choice. 3. Would you support the idea of creating a new character with a design base, similar to Duo the Cat, Slinger the Ocelot, Infinite and the Jackal Squad? This is maybe just me, but a new regular, like Tangle/Whisper etc. Male or Female character with a design similar to them, I feel it would rise in popularity, depending on the implemented personality as well.
