As time went on he became an incredible defender too, he was very good expecially in slowing down the offense, with flawless high tackles, just a classic player

This why O'Gara records for the Heineken cup will never be broken by Sexton whos is only 10th in the world points scored, in the Heineken cup he played 73 times for 699 nearly 50% less than O'Gara, Even in the 6 nations he is only 4th behind first place O'Gara with only 496 points. So again who is better!!!!!!!
We have the depth at 10 but it’s quantity over quality at this point. No one has stepped up on the international stage - be it none have really gotten a fair chance but you must take every chance you get aye.

They were a big part of some of my favourite sporting memories. All the clips are of Sexton taking the ball to the line and playing FAST. When he does this he is UNBELIEVABLE, sits other defences back down and creates space for himself and others. But recently we have seen him taking the ball static and just moving it to other players. It seems he doesn't even engage defences, they know he's not going to run hard at them himself. He becomes real easy to defend this way. I think he needs to play more on the front foot, receiving the ball while moving and then, not only will he regain confidence, but he'll also inspire those around him. Rant over

That the staff wants him to play, I can hear it, but you fans don't mind knowing that a guy gets concussions and keeps on playing? There's no guarantee that he received a concussion on Sunday. If he had he wouldn't be playing, staff doctors aren't messing around these days allowing players endanger themselves. And now that Bastareaud isn't in the squad Johnny should be free from concussions this weekend as well.

In fairness to the IRFU they won’t risk a players health. So it’s welfare is the priority but if he passes his medical protocols then there is no reason that he shouldn’t play. These last few months he's been rolling back the years absolutely incredible how he is still competing against the best teams in the world at 37 years old his performances against the all blacks in New Zealand and against South Africa he's still got it buddy
In the past he is defiantly one of the best 10s to play in the northern hemisphere possibly one of the best 10s in the world but in 2020 and 2021 he's been poor I don't think he's good enough to go on the lions tour
