    keep the mind sharp:
    no carbs
    no sugar
    (meat, veg, fruits)
    have a good attention span:
    meditate daily
    education:
spend 2-3 hours a day learning (videos from mentors, books)
    when youre resting
    sleep:
sleep and wake up early (4, 5am)
setting the environment to work compared to in the afternoon etc.

It's kind of crazy that we usually want to be with a woman for that very same thing (emptying our ballsack and having a full stomach). But without feminine energy, we have no inspiration. One has to be careful how much sexual energy is expended with women if strength is to be preserved. The superior man expends energy for love not pleasure.

This is great Hamza, thanks for sharing. Mine escape from matrix has been dropshipping, and I have to say that the most important thing to have is really good products to sell. That's like backbone of this business (so I am using a bit of winnerzila to get their weekly product suggestions. They give out five per week, of which at least three are absolute winners). I have been subbed on their lifetime plan for ten months now. Of course, it was tough at beginning, but last month I had $17k profit.

“You need to eat keto otherwise some other guy will make more money than you and face f*ck your future wife. This is just reality.”
Guys if you are reading this… just know this is absolutely NOT reality. It’s Hamza’s reality.
A man who truly has inner stillness, peace, and higher a purpose does not see the world like this.
A higher part of you probably knows this deep down. You are taking advice from an 26 year old with loads of unhealed trauma who only sees the world through a lens of lack, ego, and separation.
All of the money in the world is not worth that kind of paradigm.
Not saying he doesn’t have some valuable advice here and there, but please consume the meat and spit out the bones.
There’s no point in “gaining the world and losing your soul.” Stay true to who you are.
    Much love.

Also; if you believe that a habit would be bad for your business, BUT you still feel like you’re missing out on it, then you should go and do that habit at least once.
For me it was being social outside of school, since when I’d get home I’d just work on this channel and go to sleep. Not very social lmao.
And while I knew that this was better for my channel, I STILL felt bad for not being too social, and the reason was because I thought I was coping and couldn’t actually be social.
And so I organized a couple meetups with friends recently and went to talk to girls as well.
While it was fun, I still realized that business was not only more fun, but more helpful as well for my future. And because I now knew that I COULD, I no longer felt like I was missing out or coping, which seemingly actually increased my productivity lmao

I'm 22 years old and in college. I cut out sugar a long time ago and can't remember when was the last time I ate sugar. But I have been consuming carbs because it is what my parents cook. As a result I've had brain fog and have been unable to concentrate on work. I have also been doing other things like my art instead of my work and procrastinating. I am 120 pounds and I have a skinny-fat appearance. I used to be skinnier around 107 pounds. I am 5'6.5". Since June 30 of last year I have never missed a day of meditation or 10 pushups daily. I meditate for a short time. I have also been trying to quit my PMO addiction. I am 6 days free today whereas last year I did it 1-3 times a day around this time. I also want to discover my purpose because I don't know what I want to do or what is my calling. I also don't know how to find my purpose.

Kudos on the meditation. Meditate on “what’s my purpose” at the beginning and/or at the end of each meditation. Leave enough space for the discovery. It may change with each one or as you get older. I don’t think I quite “found it” yet either… BUT the journey 🏁 has been anything 🎢📈📈📉📚⬆️⬆️⬇️😤📚🔂 but “boring”. And, imo, THAT 👆🏼 process has been pretty bad ass. Keep doing what you’re doing. ☺️

The hunger hormone called ghrelin makes you feel hungry but once you let that wave wash over you, you are no more or less hungry than you would have been if you had eaten. Just do it. So many health benefits come from this.

    1 spoon of butter - 100 calories
1 spoon of olive oil - 120 calories
This helped me immensely with natural energy levels, you can cut your caffeine consumption by HALF.

I love your new take on diet. People eat way more than they need nowadays, you'd be surprised to see how little can we eat and how healthy can we be at the same time. Eating less is also better for longevity since the organs don't deteriorate as quickly as someone who eats all the time. Of course, the focus should be natural proteins and fats otherwise you'd be malnourished. That's why poor/homeless people are malourished, not because they it too little, but because of the quality of their food

The Step #1 is THE HARDEST to master. HIGHLY recommend this fast. I did a 3-day one about a year ago [SUPER grateful to 22 “program or be…” 🙏🏼] + it SHIFTED my internal frequency. Been removing everyday personal distractions [or what I believe them to be] ever since… in order to achieve Step 1 😤. ADHD style. From food to belongings to random things on my to-do list. Thanks for the reminder. 🙏🏼

The longest I went was a 7 day fast. By day 6, I was fucking famished and collapsed while playing football, but right before it, my mind was sharper than ever, I felt like a lazer. The most intense I've ever felt in my life. Day 7 obviously I was very tired and not happy so my peak was day 6

I recently watched Hamza's videos on Carnivore diet, he mentioned it in his recent vids as well. I tried it for 2 days, 3rd day I went to some fast food restaurant and ate beef Burger and fried chicken. Even though it is high in protein because beef and chicken but I felt shit after eating it. It tasted good but I felt shit, I could sense the brain fog. My brain just got blurry, and also that lethargic, tiredness feeling came back, I didn't feel it for 2 days because I was eating meet, eggs and dairy only. At that moment I decided, I'll stick to carnivore. Great videos Hamza!

Careful don’t go carnivore if you can’t handle it. I went on Carnivore diet and my stomach wasn’t ready which led to malabsorption. Go at own pace

@@7BlackShadow yea I did the same unfortunately I have an infection known as H Phylori and can’t handle triggers like red meat or pineapple which increase acid and make infection stronger. That really disappointed me as I saw all benefits but simply had to give it time. Go at your own pace and do what works for you is all I want to say.
