    Hi! S&R cooking secrets. This channel is especially for those special people who love both cooking and food.
    Ingredients:-
    750gm sugar
    500gm suji/granulated wheat
    2 cardamom
    250gm besan/gram flour
    250gm ghee/Desi ghee
    One cup of water
    One cup of milk
    Recipe:-
    Add suji in a pan and roast it well until it starts leaving aroma
    Remove it from the pan and add ghee/Desi ghee in a pan and let it melt
    Add besan/gram flour in ghee and mix it well
    Keep stirring it and cook it until it starts leaving aroma
    Remove it and add it on the roasted suji
    Now in a same pan add sugar and one cup of water
    Mix it up and let the sugar melt completely
    Give it only a boil
    Add cooked suji / Semolina and besan in sugar syrup and mix it up
    Cook it on low flame only for 1 minute
    Turn off the flame
    Place it in a greased container and balance it with a spoon
    Add some almonds and dry fruits of your choice on it
    Cut it into pieces while it is still hot
    Now wait for 10-15 minutes
    Remove the pieces from container and place them in air tight jar and enjoy
    Second *method*:
    Now for the second recipe
    Let the leftover batter gets cold completely
    When it gets slightly hard
    Turn on the flame and add one cup of milk in it
    Mix it well and turn off the flame
    Place it in greased container and let it rest for couple hours
    Cut it into pieces or just roll them up with your hands and make balls and roll them on some roasted sesame seeds
    And enjoy.
