Police metal spikes are placed along the path of cars. Police officers drive violators' cars onto a certain track where there are spikes. The cars come to a stop when they hit the spikes and the police stop them.
The video was made in 12-13 hours of work.

Why the spikes ? Most would have crashed without anyway... Just a little farther than with the spikes.
With spikes, I can get more views than without them.. although it's always different
