    INGREDIENTS:
    FRESH CUCUMBERS - 2 or 3
    PEANUTS - 1/2 CUP(DRY ROAST)
    DRY RED CHILLI - 3
    GREEN CHILLI - 4
    OIL - 2 TBSP
    GARLIC CLOVES - 5
    CHANA DAL - 1 TSP
    URAD DAL - 1 TSP
    MUSTARD SEEDS - 1/2 TSP
    CUMIN SEEDS - 1/2 TSP
    TAMARIND - SMALL LEMON SIZE
    JAGGERY - 1/2 TSP
    SALT TO TASTE
    TURMERIC - 1/2 TSP
