I'm confused. Others say applicants shouldn't write objectives anymore because the hiring manager already knew why you're applying. It's just a waste of space.
It really depends on who's looking. But if youll follow the usual standard, the Objective is really included.
need ba talaga picture? sa physical appearance feeling ko kasi nadidiscriminates ako halata kasi cleft palate ko pero well experience ako engineer.

Hi Allyssa. Yes you should. Regarding if its an advantage or not, it depends on the employer - you should be able to prove them that you'll be able to perform well even if you're running another business.

Hi sir, ask lang. Is related experience similar to relevant? What if the past work experience is not related to the job but the soft skills acquired may be relevant to the job applying for can it be included in the resume?
Yup similar & relevant are the same 👍🏼 Better that you put all your past work experiences - to give employer a perfect view of what skills you have.
