I would think we are in a tier 0 melodious format according to the number of videos with them.
nah im just trying to learn the deck as much as possible , its for sure one of the best decks (everyone already knows snake-eye besides the melodious build/new applications of SE diabellestarr)
The snake eye melodious seems wonkey af I rather play pure or voiceless melodious
I would say pure melodious has more potential than splashing the melodious package. The package alone has so many flaws

In game 2, Shopina wouldn't have actually been able to add back Couplet because a non-light monster effect had been activated earlier that turn (Ghost Belle).
another case of them getting to win because they got to do something they wouldn't be able to normally... seems like every game where they don't get to cheat (unintentionally or not), they lose. Not this player specifically but Melodious in general.

@@drfireball8470 nobody? i'm just tired of every DB game against melodious being 10mins of telling them that they can't make an illegal play. Trying to refrain dump with aria on field, ignoring bloom lock, the above case when they try to add back with shopina when a non light monster activated an effect, etc. It's just super annoying to have to constantly keep track of everything every game because of how often they (intentionally or not) try to make an illegaLplay.

melodious engine is disgustingly good when used in a deck that’s not melodious. Giving you so much for so little shouldn’t be allowed 💀

I wish we could run the Supreme King build.
It’s still decent, just more susceptible to bricking and we rely on beyond the pendulum to resolve half the time. If we ever swap to a board breaker format, I think it would be worth playing that version over pure.
