In this shopify custom contact form tutorial, I will be showing you step by step how you can create custom fields in your shopify contact forms. Setting up a shopify contact us page is very easy. However, you may want to add additional questions and fields to your contact us form. In this video, I will be showing you how to do exactly that.

I was today years old when I found out that
name=contact[fieldname] is how you add the input to the notification you get.

how does this work with .json?

Yes, thats exactly what I did. Then you can create a new page and use your whole-inquiry page as the template
