I get being hard on yourself because you want to do your best, but PLEASE don't ever add that pressure just because of us. A huge part of why your content is so amazing is your honesty and authenticity, and that means admitting sometimes things don't go as planned and we keep going, even if we feel a bit affected for a bit. And you said about how what you do is not hard at all, and maybe it's just humility speaking, but what you do, the positivity, effort, confidence, stepping out of your comfort zone and growing... All the while posting online and making everyone feel better? That's definitely not easy and you nail it every time 💛 Each one of your videos pick me up and remind me of all the potential for joy life has, and I'm always grateful to you for that 🥲

you could sit in your car an entire video and we would love every second of it. i’ve had anxiety & depression for the past 10 years and it’s only now because of your vlogs that i’ve started doing things alone (i.e. going to the cinema, or going for a coffee) because you’ve taught me that i don’t need to miss out on those things due to being by myself. baby steps, but you give me so much courage and i’m so thankful for that 🤎

I never in my life thought of fried pickles until my daughter ordered them & got me try them . How I love them as long as they're pickle chips and not spears(wedges)because when you take your first bite of a spear all of the batter usually comes off. One time I booked a weekend away for my husband and I, with our 3month old baby.. it was an expensive place so I booked the cheapest room and they upgraded us to the penthouse suite 😅 for free! And our reaction was the exact same as yours at the fancy hotel 😂😂 we couldn’t believe it

This was a sweet video. You seem like you felt out of place at Harvey’s Point. I probably would also but am much older so would probably want to camp out in that bath tub and explore the areas you did by the water. That you care about what kind of content you make and are respectful of public spaces etc is a vlogger I can appreciate. Re: Losing footage. It happens to all of us at some point and yes, it can be very upsetting. I have lost valuable work in the past I have spent weeks on. I'd written a book of memories of a once in a lifetime experience I'd had 20yrs ago, of which I can no longer recall all those day to day details. I'd had the book professionally bound. I had a big house move and it's been no where to be found for the last 10 years. Devastated to this day.
Mark I love your solo travel diaries - I went to Oakside lodge treehouse a couple of weeks ago for my birthday, and I literally found a 'small screw' outside the door to the treehouse which MAY have been yours from your camera?! I still have it :') I did send you an insta message but not sure if you have seen it! I was trying to explain to my boyfriend why I was laughing so much!

Mark don’t beat yourself up for the missing footage! It was just a technical mistake, it happens to everyone!!! Just a few months ago I made a terrible mistake at work and I thought I was going to be fired. We all make mistakes because we are human!
