Hi, The brackets I use are nylon and are very strong but fit these every 30cm across the track. I have never heard of metal versions of these brackets. Also I could not guarantee my brackets would fit your track.

Can you get these in metal? I can only put 3 up and they have snapped over time, with light curtains too.

How many plastic leaver lock brackets needed for heavy curtains?
Hi Keri, for heavy curtains I would fit a bracket every 40cm (16 inches). Hope that helps.
