Does the stroker kit for these solve the rod bearing issue? I assume it lowers the redline as well
Doubt it's made to lower the redline. It probably still revs to 8250, just not 9000 like some tunes. The kits do normally have upgraded main and rod bearings.

About $13,000 USD depending on displacement options but there are other costs like sleeves, air intake, extractors, exhaust, tuning and installation. Suspension and brakes, wheels and tires.
what does a stroker kit mean
stock s85 v10 comes with 5.0 litre v10 , stroker kit increases it 5.2 , 5.5 , 5.8 or even 6.0 which means increases horsepowers like it's a stock engine up to 630+hp

A stroked engine usually implies that the piston and crank shaft have been swapped out for new set that travels more distance increasing the amount of air and fuel capacity aka displacement without machining / boring out the block. Some people do both for maximum horsepower and torque. It really depends on your budget, knowledge and experience as to how far you can increase performance
