Yep! I used to freeze containers of ice for that but now that I have an industrial level ice machine I just use that instead. It makes the air coming out noticeably colder with the small ice cubes too
Have you tried cooling your bedroom when practicing LD? It's said that a cold helps falling asleep and keeping sleeping. Wonder if cold temperature helps remembering dreams or having a longer rem sleep cause of the good conditions.
Yeah we added an AC to our bedroom a year or 2 ago and it's awesome whenever it's kinda hot. Definitely helps me sleep better and then by extension helps with dreaming. Ideally i like it cold. Like 66 degrees or colder.I think the recommended temp tho is 68 from Matthew Walkwr at UC Berkeley. Only shitty part with the AC is it's super loud (nothing a pair of earplugs can't fix tho).
