Me and my dad have been out striped bass fishing in 8 foot swells on a 35 contender it didn’t bother me too much but it definitely was not the best day out
It's easy to overestimate the safety and seaworthyness of these RIBs. Going into and over the waves against strong wind, these relatively lightweight boats easily get blown back like a sail, possibly with dire consequences. This guy probably was badly shaken... but very lucky. Having the helm more up front would've helped a bit
I think I figured out why fishermen go out in rough weather rainy and windy......., have u met their families one explanation or the guys on board pay u extra
Never understand why anyone would buy an inflatable boat 😂😂 You mount a heavy expensive outboard on the back and then pray you don't hit anything in the water to puncture the boat.
One: the cost of inflatable boats is usually cheaper. Two: you can deflate to fit in smaller spaces (maybe he has a small garage or didn’t have a huge trailer) three: they are basically unsinkable, you can swamp them completely and they are still fine
It's fun to see the yellow top legend, inflatable boat, really small, he probably brings a beer, man that guy is wild.
Hello Top Legend has balls of stainless steel.

Yess!!! Yellow top!!
First boat, catamaran, cats were built to take on this type of seas, so no surprise it had no trouble getting through.
