Cars are getting so much better lately...it is a struggle to find a bad car at this day and age. Mahindra did so well with this one, it is quite small but practical...I'm happy.🙏🙏🙏
I think had they retained the 1.5 Turbo-Diesel Engine on the Flagship variant of this CAR it would have made a huge difference to the Fuel-Economy... I love that Engine.. Not many Automobile Companies that offer 300NM on that SEGMENT 🇿🇦🚘🙏🏽 Thank you SEBUWA for yet another great Review
This engine and proper gearbox knocks the socks off the Fronx not to mention 6 airbags across the range. A5 is definitely the one to go for. Pity they dropped the diesel
@@michaelflinn7784 AX5 manual is not bad for R319,000 but the automatic is R26,000 more at R345,000 😬 the MX3 automatic is only R295,000 a whole R50,000 cheaper and excellent value for money 💰👌
A number of other reviewers on this car said that the default setting for fuel consumption was km per litre and not litres per 100. Perhaps check again because I doubt that the fuel consumption should be so high
Driving like that you'd expect 10km/L 12-13km/L is about right for around town but if you were to drive it sensibly you could get 18-19km/L on the open road (it defaults to km/L) what is should default to is the only correct way and that is MPG 👌👌
firstly what a year it has been in the motor industry, I would like to wish everyone in the sebuwa community a safe and fulfilling festive season. Sebuwa are going to make a Sebuwa car of the year 2024 that would be very interesting , Mahindra is doing a great job with the budget vehicle I have to agree the back looks flat lol and the sound is not that good but for this price, I think the vivo and the swift are going to see some flames in the near future
The tax on sub 4 meter cars is a lot less than > 4 meter cars & hence you see many new cars from India are sub 4 mtr (Suzuki Fronx, Kia Sonet, Mahindra 3XO etc). This car also has the longest wheelbase of 2600 mm in a sub 4 mtr car.
I'm gonna GUESS that issue with switching off of the Auto Stop/Start can be eliminated by switching it off while the car is driving/moving... What happens when you do that??
My relationship with Mahindra will end soon. For the past six months my vehicle was parked at the dealership for 16 weeks. Parts on "Backorder". Simple service parts like a belt tensioner. A shame, really, because the cars are really nice.

The FRONX was found shaking

So what is 10km/L in L/100km ? 😂😂😂 The smart people get it 👌
It's 10L/100km

Night pov for volvo ex30 ❤
Mahindras 1.5 diesel engines were the best i wonder what happened.
I would like you to review Ford puma, man.

In India the variants from MX1 to AX5 it has a 1.2L TCMPFI engine & AX5L onwards it is a 1.2L TGDI. Is it a TGDi for all variants in SA?
How’re you people getting all black interiors with black seat covers man! 😮 In India here we get it in dual tone only which is beige and black
You must review a gusheshe one day it will be very cool
It's December boss😂road trip special nyana going N1 South will be much appreciated...ok 2025 then😂🙏🏾

If you don't mind what model? I'm thinking of getting one but have heard about issues with parts when things go wrong.
@kevvinster TUV300 2018. Watch out for discontinued models. Parts are apparently not interchangeable.
@@hendrikbreed7253 thanks for the heads up.
Is this car good for first time buyers, with no wife, no kids no dog no cats?
Sorry It's only good if you have a dog 🐕🐶
Best for bengaluru roads and traffic
