I am not familiar with this specific seed but most seeds will germinate if you put water, heat, cold, scarring the hard shell untill you reach the inne part/embryo (could be a bit deep depending on the seed) or using a combination of these techniques I know you have many seeds to work on but i am confident that it would not take 2-3 weeks at most, which is basically 2-3 years of difference, which could be converted on actual plant growth Again, i am not trying to look smart or send you any hate, i just think 3 years is way way too long, and if there is a possibility i would definitely try
