nice job! stick to it. set that bead of the tire down in the rim on the Opposite side of where you are trying to pry the bead over the rim. watch that spare tube under the front fender, it will be getting hit by road debris from your tire and could get a nick or hole in it. at least grab a chunk of old tube to wrap the tube in so it has some protection on it.
good idea.. yeah the spare tube was drenched from some of my mud activities in wyoming. Just hosed it down and was all good. May have gotten lucky there.
Have you looked into bunk a biker? May be helpful to find somewhere to stay for the evenings 👊🏼
