A huge THANK YOU to our friends in Nice, Cannes, Antibes etc. that are always so helpful when we research our film projects - they come up with their favorite places and share them with us, which is invaluable. Anja & Aila know a lot about this region - but definitely not everything 😉

So helpful, your videos are excellent and you should have many more followers. Thank-you for helping us plan our visit to the riviera.
Thank you very much! We‘re working on it 😅. Have a great trip!!!
Love your vids. Just got back from Nice with my family and your vids were our best resource for planning our time in the Riviera 🙌🏼🎉🙏🏼
Thanks a lot, glad to hear 🤩
What a gorgeous tree at "La Grata" So green and pretty.😊🎉
No Dog❤

Your videos have a magical vibe!☺🤗😘
Thanks a lot 🤩
Thanks for the wonderful presentation!!! I love Nice❤
Thank you! 🙏😄
I love this.. It’s very beautiful, you just can’t take your eyes off it. Well done for capturing such beauty.
Thank you 🙏😊😊😊
Thank you, very informative
Me and my brother just returned from a 4 day trip to Nice and surrounding area and I could recognize some of the places you showed in the video. I come from Eastern Europe and I found eating out in Nice and Cannes not so affordable. And by that I mean restaurants. On our last day we accidentally passed by the first place(old town) in the video and we tried their ratatouille pizza. It was delicious. It was a last minute booking and I did not have a lot of time to research. Your videos definitely give lots of useful info. Cheers!
Thanks! 😊 The good thing is: there are some affordable options for eating out (as shown in this video). Restaurants usually have cheaper options for lunch. But when you want to enjoy the really good Mediterranean cuisine it’s true, it is not cheap…
Love your energy in these videos! keep it up :)
Thanks! 🤩
This video is right on time . Heading to Nice end of the month. Great information
Let us know if you checked out any of the places - and what you thought! Have a great trip! 😊
Bonjour,
Très belle vidéo comme toujours. ❤
Merci mesdames.
🙏😊
Pipo and Theresa were both great, as were Hobo, and Emily and the Cool Kids.
🤩👍 glad to hear!
C’est beau😊
Who remembers when Pili pizza was €6 for any pizza? Yes still that size. There is still one that does it called 7 Days Pizza at 27 rue Marechal Joffre though not quite as good. If you are the Carre d'Or side and don't want to walk all the way to the Old Town for Nicois food like socca then there is a new place like Chez Theresa opposite Oscars restaurant on Rue Massena. Again at the Pietonne, at lunch time you can get a 2-course meal in the fancy Bistrot de Nice for €15, and a full Indian meal at Nooris in Place Grimaldi just behind for around €14. Super friendly and super value.
Phillip.
Great tips, thanks a lot for sharing!!! 🤩😄🤩
Thank you for lovely and informative video! I'm traveling next month to Nizza from Finland 😊
👍 that’s going to be one hell of a climate change! I love Finland (Aila - kind of says it all), have been there many times 😄
@@rivierago That sure is a change 😂
Lovely video , lovely weather, lovely place to retire. How about visit some of the local bakeries? I imagine living in the french riviera as a local every morning i go for a jog and then go to the market to buy some fruits , berries, milk, yogurt, jam , cheese, and the best would be a freshly baked pain from a local bakery. 🥖☕🏃
Dear Ron, thanks a lot, bakeries are definitely on our to-do list! 👍😃
Hermosa vista
Happy to see you’re binge watching! 🤩
Please add Pizzeria Chez Toto to the list! We were drawn in by the smell (it is cash and carry, with two small ta ros, plenty for two but I eat a whole one because it tastes so good. Sometimes we pick up a pizza and then stroll to the port and sit by the water to eat it. There were a lot of great food places in Place du Pin.
Sounds great, thank you! We’ll put them on a list to check out for another video 😄
👍👍👍
Bonjour, comment cava? Haha...I'm learning French at the moment, before my trip to the French Riviera in Nov.😂😂😂
👍 très bien! It’s fun to at least lern a few words, isn’t it? 😄
@rivierago Yes, and it'll come in handy during the trip. Thanks again!🙏
Pan Bagnat
Bonjour,
Nice is costly place to live?
Hey, it depends on your perspective… compared to New York, Nice is CHEAP, compared to London and even Paris, too. But of course, rural life in the rest of France is a lot cheaper than life in Nice. The French Riviera is the most expensive region in France after Paris - you pay for the sun ☀️
@@rivierago Thanks a lot
Use your normal voice when u are off camera please 🙂
We try our best… what can we say 🤷♀️😉
Your videos are informative and the images are beautiful, but the voice over gives me itches and chills. Especially the drawing out of words and that overly sweet voice.
@alexschutte596 Sorry for the voice - switch the sound off and the subtitles on 😉
I love the voice over - keep doing what you are doing, ladies!!
❤❤❤
@@paulbird1808 thanks a lot - we know we can’t please everyone 😅
I dont understand how they can make food like kebab with no gloves wearing and then touching money or their skin
🤷♀️
Not a lot of black people ?
What do you mean, living here?
I am glad that I found your videos, but despite the very good English, your intonation distracts me so much :)
Sorry, we try as best as we can 😅
This is probably an advertotial, Multari is by far the worst bakery to be found in Nice. Avoid! I live in Nice and won't tell you where locals go to eat. That would spoil everything for us.
Hey, no, it’s definitely not paid content, we would have mentioned it if it was. For our videos we do a lot of research, ask friends and locals we meet about their favorite spots - and those combined with the places we know and like ourselves will be presented.
@@rivierago The McDonalds in Nice is full of locals so it's not like everybody here eats in Michelin star restaurants every day. Nothing wrong with Multari. It's very popular with the local students at lunch time.
Phillip.
