- This video shows how I have created 6 patterns to make gnome/elf shoes.
No more searching for DT party favor shoes or Easter eggs. A simple one piece of felt pattern.
This is the basic shoe you will love to design and create.

Fabulous, just what I was looking for, love your gnomes and have made several so far. Love your techniques... I like the idea of not having to use the shoes from dollar tree, as they are sometimes hard to find. Keep up the good work...

Your shoes are cute. I will go to Etsy for price. I think if you downloaded your patterns you would make a lot more money. Plus save trips to the post office. You are so generous with your time, work and talents. You are my gnome king 👑
Thank you Georgene. Most of my patterns are downloadable. I do agree with you on saving trips to the post office. I found out though that over 90% of my followers are over 50 years of age and prefer hard copies.
I was disappointed to see that the shoes are not a digital download. If someone needs it right away, waiting for snail mail won't work. I do love your videos, though. I'm 62 and pretty tech savvy and a Michigander too.
I USE A PLASTIC BOTTLE TOP FOR THE INSIDE TO ATTACHED TO A DOWEL FOR HIS LEGS

hi i hope you would consider doing a dowload pattern i have no problem paying for the pattern. but the same as christine i found the postage was a lot more then the patterns themselves as the shipping is to the uk thank you

I just finished my first gnome. Next time, I'll avoid the thicker felt. He's adorbs.
Congratulations. Sometimes the thicker (more wool) felts can be harder to work with. Especially when turning inside out.

Would like to know what size gnomes use the elf shoes?
I use the elf shoe with a 9 inch cone or larger.
Duane are these patterns sized for your gnome body? I don't use patterns so not really sure how they work. thank you
They are sized so they could fit regular size gnomes or larger cone gnomes or gnomes with legs.

I have to travel 25 to 30 mikes to get the baby shoes at Dollar Tree. Ours here does not carry them
These shoes work great to replace those $T shoes and they are more creative.
