Wow I love Jhow's presentation! If we just live in the moment and not think about the past or the future i feel that Jhow's presentation is the best.
Although coherence is, in a way, about being concerned with what comes before and what comes next so maybe their presentation is not so coherent. Thats alright.
I think that John really has good endowments to be a standup comedian! Any word, picture, or situation that comes to him, he can turn into pure comedy gold!
And nothing is spared in his performance. He uses absolutely everything to help him! Including his face. As well as skillful onomatopoeia.
The best part? John can do it all with a straight face!
Not forgetting that he can add in the occasional impressive and precise vocabulary such as "caricature", which will help him appeal to a more scholarly audience.
His ability to use facial movements, sounds, as well as a play with words makes him a potential Rowan Atkinson a.k.a Mr Bean.
Actually they both are very similar. Rowan generates buckets of laughs in his shows.
But when interviewed in person, Rowan is very learned, very skillful in expressing himself through words, very knowledgeable and very tact!
Rowan and John seem to resemble each other in these two aspects. First, the on-stage comedy sensation and second, the off-stage wisdom and depth of knowledge.
John's face can also make people laugh! Just like Mr Bean's face!
I aspire to be able to present like John when tasked to present on topics that I have little understanding of!
The only school I wouldn’t mind going to everyday.
