But after Frisky died, about all I did was sit in the house with my dying mother & started whithering away. Then my Mom died Dec.16th,2018 & things have gotten even worse than I'd ever imagined. I suffer severe diabetes & depression & they're eating me alive like cancer. I'm getting so I can barely walk %75 of the time & a quick run to Wal-Mart wears me out as if I'd run a 5k. I believe my time is running out but as the SEAL motto goes "Can't quit NOT dead". TYVM for your positive comment & have a Blessed day.
Age doesn’t matter… it’s all about the effort. A little bit can go a long way as long as you keep going. Sorry about your losses, but I bet your mother and Frisky would want more than for you to wither into nothingness. Im on my own fitness journey. Not terribly out of shape, but old injuries are starting to creep back. It’s painful and tiring, but this time i won’t stop and I hope you don’t either.

If someone has to do push ups on their knees with a weight vest, wouldn't they be better off doing them on their toes, unweighted? Push ups on your toes (if you're able) is a much better exercise than doing them on your knees.
The point of body weight training is to balance and control. Stick to that logic and find movements accordingly. You don’t gotta smack your knee like that either just do controlled and explosive lunges don’t relax or it might just be a trip to the er😂

True, but for this specific timed workout, the exercises are done back to back, so there’s no time to remove the vest and put it back on.

Why wouldn’t you do regular pushups not on your knees
Heard these can stop a 50.BMG, if you dont have access to real plates you could actually storm a gym and arm an entire platoon with these things...
