Funny video. Arcadia is definitely centered in Phoenix, not Scottsdale. Only a tiny portion to the east slips into a Scottsdale address. And it's a shame that all the fake Arcadia regions (lower, lite) came about to force people to keep saying "proper" to refer to the true, correct and simple "Arcadia". During the discussion of irrigation, a clip of sprinkler use is displayed. LOL!!
