Thanks for the video, excellent advice. 19,000 views in two years explains why people are disappointed often by the legal system. We got a hundred million supreme court justices all watching, viral videos of a dog dressed up like santa claus, that know the law to well to bother with this.

I think you might have a viable claim from the standpoint of lost income, but not from the anxiety aspect.
Generally speaking, to prevail on matters of pain & suffering, anxiety, etc., the plaintiff needs to prove that the defendant acted intentionally or with gross negligence. Because of your mental illness, the defendant is very likely to prevail by arguing that you were beforehand prone to anxiety. Without more information, I cannot further comment on the aspect of lost income.
Check out the videos in my UA-cam channel (where I explain various legal concepts), the court filings I've posted at www.OneClubOfJusticides.com and feel free to submit your questions over there or the videos.

what if you had no one to complain to? or complaints would be seen as trouble making.

You have the labor board to send a letter to or call on the phone, and you can talk to the boss. The complaints will be seen as "trouble making" by the boss. However the judge may see it as something else, if you have some evidence.

@@PatrickBaptist the law is about abstraction, the lawyers need not check every single thing down to the last detail to suit you on a you tube post, He does have to do a perfect document before the judge. Your comment is kind of a passive aggressive jab at a guy who is doing us all a free service.Do keep dishing out the cheap shots, best you can offer.
