a bit of a a tip: if u add a bit of cream cheese or cornstarch to the sauce it'll make that sauce not as oily and really a thicker consistency, really nice stuff i always add apple cider vinegar as well!
yeah i'd recommend the cornstarch bit for more general chicken recipes, they'll come out like an apple bees style, but the cream cheese is a more suited consistency like a dip hence it used for chicken wing dip recipes! Enjoy, your vids great!
I think (personally) that if you season the flour with more dried herbs like paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic and union powder it would taste a lot better. And I feel like the butter was too much. This is for people who tried this recipe and didn't like it! I'm not criticizing her way of cooking it's just a suggestion :)

You can do them baked. They won't be dry because you can cover them in hot sauce after you bake them. They are WAYY better baked and grilled. They don't have to be bone in. boneless is the best!
There's no bones in a pizza you're not clever or funny and you realise that you dont normally get boneless from shops so making your own are better anyways home made beats anything
