Its really good to stay at Kamothe.you will get everything here.but no bus facilities to mumbai thane area. if regular service to sion dadar etc it is really good

In my opinion. It's not as popular as Ulwe Vashi Nerul Panvel Kharghar amongst home buyers. Under rated se aapka understanding kya hai. I hope it's not the pricing that you are thinking about.

Bhai main Mumbai se bahaar hi rehta hoon. 38 saal reh chuka hoon Mumbai main ab bas. Rat race khata ho gayi mere liye. Aadhi zindagi traffic mein hi chali gayi

yes agree with traffic but earning source is mostly in Mumbai and living far off Mumbai is difficult.. @@WandererPatil

Well Technically Kamothe Panvel mein hai. Aur mere liye jungle koi bura word nahi hai. Jungle for me means a place where you can breath better air. Baaki un Bhai sahaab ki soch jisne wo comment likha hai.

I also agree with open space and green culture I dont like crowded buildings.. but people have a job in the city and moving all the way out of city is not possible@@WandererPatil
