The story of an Italian who illegally traveled around Poland in 1966, escaping from the comunists!

Watch the fascinating story of an Italian who came to Poland as a student during the times of deep communism and fell in love with our country while visiting it illegally. He also fell in love with a Polish woman, with whom he had no way to talk, because she didn't know Italian and he didn't know Polish.
The story of Silvio shows an interesting look at the communist reality of the People's Republic of Poland from the perspective of a foreigner born in the free world. It is also an extremely interesting story about people and the fact that even in difficult times of totalitarianism, the most important thing is relationships between people. Because these cannot be controlled by any authority if we do not let it.
Silvio fell in love with Poland so much that many years later, when an Italian company for which he worked unexpectedly paid him a large severance, he used these funds to start a business in Krakow. He bought dilapidated apartments in a tenement house near the market square, renovated them and rents them to tourists to this day. Currently, he lives a bit in Milan and a bit in Krakow, and he constantly loves to spend time in Poland. He is an extremely interesting person who loves to meet new people and establish relationships with them.
